Sourdough bakery with high quality bread and cakes and I'm an absolute fan (not only because my son)

Beautiful small artisan sourdough bakery. I got a bread, a few buns and some sweets he was experimenting with. All products were high quality. When Dennis is in the bakery, you can pay him. When he is not in the bakery but products are still available, you take your bread and leave him the money with different payment options. I love this concept of trust! Of course it’s not cheap but if you are looking for a high grade product you don’t get around every corner, have a visit. Even after 4 days, I preheated my oven at around 230 Celsius. Then I put the bun in for around 5min and it was almost as enjoyable as in the beginning. When I’m back in Svendborg, I’ll definitely come back. Thanks Dennis!
