ERNST Assens

A really lovely little museum with lots of great little things to discover.

A lovely experience with the guide.

Museum Ernst is truly a great experience. We didn't know that the museum was located here in Assens, and were very pleasantly surprised. An incredibly exciting and impressive collection, where both art, history and the fantastic rooms make the visit something very special. A museum that is definitely worth visiting, even if you don't know the history behind it in advance. A high recommendation from here.

Exciting time period but it's not particularly big.

Definitely worth experiencing! We met a fantastic employee who could tell us about the house, the objects and about Ernst (and about what is behind closed doors and in the attic...). A wonderful time capsule in the middle of Assens, telling us about life in the past, the environment and about a market town on Funen. It's great that it has been preserved. It reminds me a bit of the David Collection in Copenhagen. I'd be happy to come and decorate your Christmas tree 🫶
