Restaurant Bryggen ApS Assens

As always, it's a pleasure to eat at Bryggen at Phong's. Everything is top notch, and Camilla served us well.

Delicious food, but could use some new furniture and paint. Otherwise really delicious food

The food and service were good. The only downside is that you need to allow plenty of time, as everything is freshly prepared.

The burger was recommended and we were very satisfied. The veggie burger was also excellent. Very friendly and welcoming service.

Really tasty food!! Absolutely delicious starter with Faroese salmon, the flavour combination was perfect. Very cosy atmosphere in the restaurant. Friendly staff. The only downside was that the steak was completely overcooked, which was a shame when it was such a delicious piece of meat. There was also a bit of a wait for the main course but it was also the first evening with a new menu card so that was probably to be expected. SO apart from the "shamefully cooked" steak it was a lovely experience and very delicious food despite this. We will definitely come again and have already recommended the restaurant to friends and family 🤩😁
