5 stars for Jens Varmløse. But DKK 68 for a bajer is a bit on the rough side

We found the place via Googlemap. It turns out that the place changed hands a few years ago. So the reviews and dishes we had seen on Googlemap did not match. I think that is fixed now 😊 We thought we should have the fish of the day that the previous restaurant offered. Today, the a la carte offers grilled food. We both got a chicken burger which tasted brilliantly like a burger. The service is top notch. Really sweet welcoming and attentive. Although they had had a big push with a buffet and live music before we arrived, it was very clean both in the restaurant and in the toilets. The alcohol dispensers were full ❤️ 👍 I love that as a healthcare professional. The waiter gave us an overview of the summer's events. Some are already sold out. I have attached a picture of the program for 2024. Places are right up to the edge with a view of the sea. Unfortunately it was very dark when we were there, but we will definitely come again.

The location of this „Pub at the End of the World“ is just one positive aspect. The atmosphere is lovely and the people working here were more than friendly. The most notable fact about this pub, however, is the absolutely amazing and formidable food. The portions are huge and the taste is unbelievable. The best, from my point of view, are the dipping sauces which we had with our dishes. The barbecue sauce was from another world! You could see and taste that it’s not only handmade but it’s made with knowledge, experience, and love. The mixture of mayo and this bbq sauce was also fantastic as was the tartar sauce with the fish and chips. In total, I would give this place 6 out of 5 stars! Great place, fantastic people and amazing food. If you are somewhere in the area, go a detour and come to this pub! (And thanks a lot for the lovely gift from the kitchen. ☺️)
