A high-level dining experience with excellent, young, and attentive service. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, and the kitchen plays with balanced flavors and premium ingredients. I selected six dishes from the menu, each with a distinct character.
Oyster with Tabasco – Exceptional, one of the best I’ve had.
Fried cod tongue with a spicy touch – Crispy and flavorful.
Salted hiramasa with citrus, kohlrabi, and wasabi – Fresh and perfectly balanced between acidity, sweetness, saltiness, and spice.
Squid with fermented pumpkin, green chili, and sorrel – Beautiful presentation, but the smoky sauce overpowers the squid.
Fried monkfish with potato foam, spinach, and lobster sauce – Perfectly cooked fish, rich and well-balanced dish.
Roasted potato with grilled onion, ramson, and hollandaise sauce – Earthy and sweet flavors, though it falls apart slightly when eaten.
Danish lamb back with Jerusalem artichoke, dukkah, and ginger sauce – Tasty but a small portion; the black garlic intensifies the overall flavor, biggest delusion of all the dishes.
Sea Buckthorn en Surprise – A fantastic ending, with crispy meringue, divine vanilla ice cream, and the tartness of the sea buckthorn.
A highly enjoyable experience with well-executed dishes and moments of true excellence.

Top notch service and plate presentation. The sea buckthorn dessert was incredible. The taste of the rest of the dishes was not for me, I found some to be a little salty. They were accommodating of allergies and even brought out gluten free bread which I appreciated.

Lovely evening with incredibly good service and fine food. Positive to highlight:
We were three guys where 2 of us are not so much into red wine and the last one not so much into white wine. Our waiter Mikkel prepared an extremely complex menu consisting exclusively of red/white wine. The turbot dish and Norwegian king crab dish were perfect! However, I would like to highlight a few things that were not for 5/5. First of all, it is too crazy to pay DKK 50. for water. I understand that you want to have paid for your system with soda and charcoal-purified water at home, but then take DKK 30/35 for it like all other finer restaurants. A shot of chartreuse for DKK 175. is also rude... There was a single dish that, to my taste, did not work at all. Caviar (medium quality) with celery. The dish was a bit drowned in celery and as soon as you took a bite, eggs floated around in the accompanying sauce. Not a tasteful or aesthetically pleasing composition. Service was top notch and our waiter Mikkel was both sweet and competent. Unfortunately not value for money all in all according to us :(

Este restaurante muy agradable adquirió una estrella hace bastante tiempo. Ha mantenido muy bien su alto nivel.
El concepto es excelente. Tendrás 5 cursos, pero puedes elegir tú mismo entre los 12 disponibles. Teníamos un grupo de 5 , y funcionó bien aunque cada uno eligió diferente. Tomé caviar y coliflor, vieiras, tarta de cebolla, langoustina y queso. Todo estaba muy bien. Los vinos recomendados (por la botella, no maridaje de vinos) era excelente. El servicio era profesional y bueno.
