Super nice evening at formula B. Madden was top class, the waiter was friendly and the atmosphere was also good.

Every course was so special and perfectly put together - the flavours, the texture, excellent. Having dined at many Michelin starred restaurants, this one was exceptional. The only let down was the peach dessert - this one wasn’t so great for me. I would 100% come here again if I came back to Copenhagen

A perfect evening with fantastic food, great wine and on top, amazing service. Thanks to all the incredible people at Formel B.

To start, the imaginative flavor combinations of most of the dishes provided the food experience we expected. For example, green peas served with roe and white chocolate. Our servers were attentive and pleasant. However, when booking the reservation we noted that the dinner was for a special occasion, our wedding anniversary. There was no acknowledgement of this upon our arrival or during the service, disappointing. Also, most restaurants in Copenhagen charge 20 to 30kr for water per person, and it is always noted on the menu. formel B charged an unexpectedly high 50kr per person, without any mention of price on the menu. The water was good, but not any better than anywhere else, so why the higher price tag? Perhaps a bit of Michelin pretention here. Overall a good experience, just a bit short of expectations based on reputation.

Fantastic spot where fresh, seasonal ingredients are turned into beautifully balanced dishes. The wine list is impressive , the staff is friendly and attentive, making the whole experience relaxed but refined. A top choice for dining in the city.

Absolutely worth a visit if you need to celebrate some special occasion. The food is very good. They can match the food with either a wine menu or a non-alcoholic menu, both excellent. Expensive but very high quality.

Queridos todos, Tuvimos el placer de degustar un menú muy bueno, con notablemente 2 platos de autor (la langoustina y el Turbot) que el chef mantiene en su carta para el mayor placer de sus huéspedes durante muchos años aparentemente. Muy agradable bienvenida al principio con una gran copa de Champagne Pol Roger 2016. Una necesidad. Excelente servicio. Excelentes platos, presentación, cantidad, calidad todo muy bueno. Formel B - en fantastisk oplevelse - de 2 Michelin stjerner er fuldt fortjente. Service var fra ankomst til vi forlod restauranten meget nærværende og imødekommende uden at være anmassende. Det store menukort hvorfra man skal vælge sine er meget spændende og det er svært at vælge. Menuen ændrer sig jævnligt, men det er altid muligt at finde spændende retter.
