Great food and service - the wine in the pairing could be slightly better (the wine quality did not feel like it matched the high food quality)! but overall very cozy great quality food experience!

Absolutely top of the line, fantastic food, with lots of flavor and taste impressions. Super attentive waiters, sweet, friendly and have a wide knowledge of the food, wine and drinks. Downstairs the atmosphere is cozy, with subdued lighting, a small lamp on the table and chairs you can stand and sit on for a long time, and if you have a bag with you, you get a bag hook so it doesn't have to be on the floor. A truly fantastic place.

Fantastic dining experience. Flavorful and visually striking dishes, as well as an exceptionally good selection of wines. We had a very professional and polite waiter who took great care of us throughout the evening. The interior was beautifully designed in a Nordic style with comfortable, ambient lighting. Despite it being a weekday, the restaurant was busy. A slight drawback in terms of atmosphere was that we were seated near the curtains leading to the restroom area, which created some traffic. Considering there were available tables elsewhere in the restaurant, guests with reservations should not have been seated there. Relatively expensive, but worth it. A great place.

Everything was more than amazing. The food was fantastic, and they accommodated me as a vegetarian by creating a whole vegetarian menu (I let them know beforehand of my dietary restrictions) which is very much appreciated. My husband is NOT a vegetarian and he had the regular menu. The colors, textures, and flavors were truly exceptional. (In both menus) The service was on point. Prompt, respectful, responsive, professional, and kind.

Really nice restaurant beautiful space and really lovely staff Food was very nice but flavour / texture combinations not quite as good as I have had in other places in Copenhagen Wine pairing was spot on. I really like the way the menu works that made a nice change from other tasting menus we have had in the past.

We had six excellent dishes, prepared from the best ingredients and very nicely presented. You can put together your own menu of five or more dishes and can choose freely from all the dishes on the menu. Several times along the way, fantastic warm bread and butter are served. Very professional and at the same time relaxed and welcoming service. Regardless of whether it was experienced waiters or the youngest apprentice chef in the kitchen who presented the food, they were all nice to talk to and keen to make our evening something special. Modern and cozy surroundings. Formel B deserves my best recommendation.

I was really looking forward to this experience, but wasn't blown away as I had hoped. The food was nice, but I've had better at restaurants without stars. Sletten, which is part of the same chain, delivers a better experience that is also cheaper. Service was nice and friendly, but didn't seem very professional. As others have commented, 50 kr. For a bottle of Danish water in its own carafe is not ok. That price should be adjusted down. Was it good? Yes, it was fine. Do I need to come again? No, so better try another new place or Sletten again.

A high end restaurant that deviates from the usual tasting menu, but allows everyone select five dishes from the menu they like the most - and it will be a hard exercise, because you'll probably want to order more. Local fresh produce is in the center in all dishes; our favourites were the caviar with dehydrated tomatoes (punchy flavour packed dish) and the langoustine is a must-try course.
