Most beautiful sweet hotel ❤️❤️ The surroundings are quiet, the staff are nice, the food is delicious and the beds were good (important detail) The place is full of personality, a sea of ​​little details and reminders to live life now.

Super delicious place. Beautiful food. Can only be recommended. Didn't sleep there so can't rate the rooms.

We held our wedding at Gl. Brydegaard and everything just played. Right from the reception to the dinner. The place oozes charm and romance. We started with canapés with bubbles, followed by wedding cake and coffee. The weather was with us, so we could sit out and enjoy the autumn sun. The dinner was also delicious; 3 course menu with wines. Mixed beet for starter, ale marinated pig with Jerusalem artichokes in different ways for main course. Lentils were served for the main course, which was a bit daring and we probably thought there were potatoes, but it tasted good. The dessert was lemon fromage with crisp. The wines were good and went well with the food. There was plenty of food and drink was continuously replenished. The waiters on site were welcoming and smiling. They did their job really well. The room was comfortably furnished with a bath. There is no TV in the room, and this allows you to enjoy the surroundings. We can only give our warmest recommendations.

We were extremely satisfied with our visit to Gl. Brydegaard. We didn't expect much, but were just greeted by an enormously welcoming staff, beautiful surroundings and lovely food. You immediately felt at home. It is certainly not the last time we go to Gl. Brydegaard.

Can only give Gl. Brydegaard 5 stars. Thought the service was really good and very down-to-earth and at the same time professional. The location was just what we were looking for. The food was fantastic and the small details (walking tours, small explanatory signs, and stories from the area) on site made the experience very complete. We were really happy after our stay and felt that we left with renewed energy and had found a place that we just have to return to. I don't have any points of criticism as such, but it seemed that the "profile" on Google maps underplays the place. Thought you should choose another picture as the first picture and have pictures of the "light". As we were very surprised at how nice the place actually was.
