Great Northern Kerteminde

Breathtaking place with wild architecture and nature, we have visited it both in high season with golf and in low season with spa, both are exciting and the surroundings are an experience in themselves, this must be said to be one of Denmark's pride⭐️🌞

Fantastic service and quality of the food we had to eat - insanely beautiful surroundings - maybe a little colored by my job as a salesman in a lumberyard

I had the pleasure of a 3-hour spa stay. The place is in lovely surroundings. Coffee, tea, fruit and cold water ad libitum. The windows, which allow you to enjoy the view, were quite limescaled, so it didn't feel particularly clean. The two times I've been there, the drains in the men's section have been blocked, so you felt like you were in a shared tub with your neighbor's dirty feet. When we arrived at 3 p.m., we were greeted by a barely smiling lady, so the feeling wasn't as exclusive as hoped. Nice place with room for improvement 🙂 (Brilliant with the spinning of swimwear, so you don't have to take wet swimwear home in your bag. )

Was in the spa which was absolutely fantastic!

Visited again the very nice restaurant, the food is super nice and tasty, staff is welcoming. We got a table where the staff went back and forth from the kitchen and into the restaurant. This is not recommended! Very restless around our table, as well as noise (from the kitchen)

Everything about this place is done to the smallest detail. The spa is a place of total relaxation and the restaurant is a place of great food. Their special Great Northern Lux Beer was really good. Really nice place to relax. It's probably good enough for golf too 😉

There was a shortage of masseuses, I wanted to go with a friend, but we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for each of us to get a massage and that's 3 hours you're not together, that's a very long time. And there was a lack of lighting from the spa to the parking lot.

I did not use the hotel or the restaurant, so I cannot rate that, but the golf course was fantastic. It is a challenging course, with lots of water hazards and wind. The maintenance standard is really high. Greenfee was high, but worth it.

Really nice spa facilities, lovely welcoming staff and lovely natural surroundings. Worth a visit (or more).
