It was excellent. For sure an experience you have to do in Bornholm. Price is super fair and there is an abundant buffet of cold, smoked and some warm kind of fishes and sausages. We loved it and for sure we would like to visit again. Thanks and good job!

Self-service in a bar where you have to order and pick up your own food is really a strange experience. Your menu card was far too expensive for the portion on the plate. 125 kr for half a smoked beer, with twice as much salad. Tasted really good! But I couldn't get enough of such a Bette.

21/07/2026: Amazing experience! First of all, the food was delicious, we had the buffet and loved everything we tasted - in my opinion the most tasty smokehouse fish on Bornholm. After dinner we were curious about the preparation of the fish and asked a few questions, the daily manager (Matthias) then offered to show us the smokers/the ovens and gave us an exclusive and fascinating tour and account of the place, the craft and the history for almost half an hour 🤩 Truly incredible service 👏🏽
19/07/2026: Friendly service, reasonable prices, and local produce (smoked, fried, and salad herring). Worth a visit and a try.

22/07/2026: Nice staff. Fresh dining room and patios available. Well-prepared and tasty food. The fish buffet is fantastic
21/07/2026: There is an ok selection in the fish buffet (for a fish buffet), but the quality is generally poor. Surprisingly, the squid rings were the best, but that may be because when we got to dwm our expectations were so low that we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't rubber. Almost 300 kr is way too much. Find a good fish restaurant and have a delicious meal instead.
