Hanzō - Restaurant Østerbro København

We visited Hanzo on Saturday, and it was a really good experience all the way through. The service in particular deserves great praise. Our waiter had an impressive overview, was extremely pleasant and clearly very skilled. She was present without being intrusive and handled everything with a calm and confident approach, which created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere at the table. You can clearly feel when a waiter has experience and respect for both the guests and the place – and she did. It made the visit significantly better and more complete. The place can definitely be recommended, and we will definitely come again.

It’s a good place to go if you want something Asian in Østerbro, staff is nice food is good and cocktails are delicious. Dessert was okay though, was my least favorite from 10 dishes.

The service was very kind, professional and friendly, and the atmosphere was very unique. The food was amazing, with many different flavours, and a very varied vegetarian menu. Definitely a great experience!

Great place, with high ceilings :) Gustav took such good care of us! The kitchen needs to get the bao sorted out so they don't serve them as sandwiches :D

The food was good and the ambience was lovely, I especially appreciated the design and atmosphere of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the service made it harder to fully enjoy the experience. Our waitress seemed quite new (a colleague was closely supervising) and wasn’t very familiar with the menu, which made ordering a bit awkward. We were rushed with barely a minute to review the menu, our glasses were moved by the rims when food was served, and dishes and glasses were cleared while we were still eating or drinking. At one point I even had to ask her to put something I didn’t finish back. Although we were there for just about an hour, we were interrupted around five times, which made the meal feel rushed. Ideally, service should be attentive yet almost unnoticeable, so that guests can simply relax and enjoy the food and company.

We had a hanzo experience fixed menu. It has shrimp bun, Asian chicken wings, spring rolls with pork, tuna tartar, cabbage salad, red curry chicken with Jasmin rice, coconut desert and more aperitif with food. Each make us even more surprised with its taste. Atmosphere were so cozy.
