Cozy little café with fantastically good food. We had salmon and a tuna sandwich where the ingredients were meticulous. Can only recommend Hjaltes

Cozy, lovely and simple. I love Hjaltes in Ganløse.

Awesome spot in a otherwise boring area in terms of breakfast options. We'll happily drive 15 minutes to go here for brunch in the weekends. Worth a detour and worth a try!

Nice food. We got tuna sandwiches, croissant and good coffee. Really cozy decor, almost homely with soft music in the background. There are two parking spaces right next to it. Otherwise, you can spend an hour at Spar on the other side of the street. Alternatively, there are places at Ganløse school 100 m away.
