I had roast pork with parsley sauce, new potatoes and it all tasted heavenly, I would have liked crispy skin. The atmosphere and service are top notch - super nice place, with really reasonable prices.

Really nice food and good service

The courtyard is a lovely shady area, perfect for a quiet lunch. The meals were delicious the service was impeccable. I tried a Belgium beer (Affligem) and loved it. As visitors to this town, we were treated with courtesy and kindness.

Nice restaurant. We were passing through on our way to the Netherlands. We got this tip from the owner of the place where we were staying. I had heard good things about it. And indeed, good service, tasty food. Nothing to complain about. The service was also extremely friendly.

Really cozy restaurant in the middle of Middelfart town. They have some really cozy living rooms, as well as a beautiful, enclosed courtyard. The food is top notch, and tasty. Their menu is mainly classic Danish food. They serve both poultry, fish and meat on the menu. If you are missing accessories, in the form of potatoes and sauce, you just ask for more - and their sauces are gluten-free!!!!!. The staff is super nice and very customer-oriented. The price range is - based on what they serve - at the really good end of the scale, because you can hardly avoid eating your fill here. Definitely a place I will visit again.

Anyone wanting to experience truly authentic Danish food in a genuinely authentic and rustic setting should definitely come here. The service was incredibly friendly, and English and even a bit of broken Danish were no problem. The food was incredibly delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. We ordered the typical Danish dishes and were thrilled. The portions were very generous and substantial; no one leaves hungry. The prices were totally fair and reasonable. Highly recommended. Many thanks to the chef and the staff!
