Older local, okay enough. Coke with very little carbonation. The pizza base was good, otherwise nothing special. Very salty pepperoni. The pasta was ok, but also nothing out of the ordinary. The menu said prosciutto, but it seemed like diced tinned ham...

20/03/2024: Have visited this restaurant several times when I have been in Middelfart. On today's visit, we chose the house's 3-course menu and got the following dishes. Starter. Stinger roe decorated with watercress and scallion leaves. Tomatoes, vinaigrette and crumbles. Main course. Beef tenderloin with parsnips and mashed potatoes and spring onion. The dessert. Chocolate cream with fruit compote and vanilla ice cream. Great performance. Tasty dishes accompanied by fine wines that go well with the food. A Californian Chardonei and an Italian Bardolino D'Asti. The operation. Present, attentive and friendly. The interior of the house. Cozy and with a good atmosphere. Beautiful view of the strait. Highly recommended as a really good restaurant to visit.
