Had booked dinner at Hummer via a deal. All in all a good evening and we left the restaurant very full after more than two hours. Relatively few guests on a Wednesday evening so easy to get a seat and the noise level very low. The food was generally good with pasta orzo as the absolute highlight. The Tataki dish apparently contained sun-dried tomatoes which were absolutely inedible (tough) so they were left on the plate. The dessert was a bit messy and nothing to write home about. All in all an okay experience - but not 5 stars in some categories.

We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Each dish is perfectly executed, visually sophisticated, and the ingredients are delicious.

The seafood platter was a bit salty, the steak was 7-minute doneness (5-minutes rare). The king crab was hollow and not fresh, and the price was a bit high.

Nice place with nice waiters, but a bit inexperienced. 😊 Ate their 7 servings, which were really good, but the shrimp in the pasta dish tasted too much of fish/sea, which is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5. Would happily eat there again another time.

25/10/2025: September 27, 2025 The dinner arranged by the travel agency was delicious. The flavors were just the right amount of salty and light. It was a great Chinese meal for a long-distance traveler. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was very busy and attentive to the guests. They were always smiling. Chinese restaurants in Europe often serve long-grain rice. It was a bit dry and tough. The dory fish wasn't very tasty, but the chef did his best to season it, making it quite edible. The other dishes, shrimp and chicken, were also quite good. The Chinese cabbage and broccoli were also delicious.
18/10/2025: Awesome food. It helps however if you know in advance what you like. Since it is Sishuan food, there is a wide variaty of chooses. Sweet and friendly staff

13/09/2025: I visited ILUKA about a year ago, and it’s still one of the meals I think of whenever I think back to Copenhagen. Everything was so flavorful I could hardly sit still while eating, and even the simple oysters were outstanding. I’d love to come back again!
12/09/2025: The food ambience and staff are amazing. Best seafood in Copenhagen!!
