We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Each dish is perfectly executed, visually sophisticated, and the ingredients are delicious.

Perhaps the best taste experience we have experienced to date with perfectly composed dishes, and pleasant and professional service. Highly recommended.

The seafood platter was a bit salty, the steak was 7-minute doneness (5-minutes rare). The king crab was hollow and not fresh, and the price was a bit high.

A spontaneous visit to the outdoor terrace with three courses. Good and large portions with very good service.

Restaurant Hummer should have at least 1 Michelin star. A fantastic experience in Nyhavn.

Nice place with nice waiters, but a bit inexperienced. 😊 Ate their 7 servings, which were really good, but the shrimp in the pasta dish tasted too much of fish/sea, which is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5. Would happily eat there again another time.

This place should have a Michelin star. We did the tasting menu; everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The pace of the meal was very good; not rushed, but not huge pauses between courses. The wine pairings were inspired. If you go for one dish, try the rhubarb sorbet. It will make you cry in the best way. We made a reservation online, but there was no wait for a table inside (the outside patio was full, but I prefer inside because of smoking).

Det er ikke første gang vi besøger restauranten og vi kommer helt sikkert igen. Den 5 stjerne i maden mangler dennegang grundet for meget peber på kulmuletatar og for meget estragon i estragonsmør til jomfruhummere og det er jo ikke meget. Kan kun anbefale denne restaurant.
