Great experience overall. Very tasty fish dishes, friendly staff (a bit hard to get their attention), great location. Open wines were decent as well, but leave some room for improvement.

We had booked in advance which I would strongly suggest as this place was very busy even late on a midweek evening. However, it was easy to see why. The atmosphere is loud, lively and relaxed whilst the food is top tier. We took a selection of small plates, all of which were delicious but special mention to the mussels as they were some of the best I had ever tasted.

This place is a treat, from the beautiful atmosphere and architecture in the restaurant (read the history of the place, it's very interesting!), to the gorgeous and delicious dishes. I particularly enjoy the oyster tasting and raw fish options, like the Hamashi I've included a picture of here. It is pricy but in my opinion well worth it for the quality!

Excellent food and friendly service - very good wine list too. Hake cooked perfectly and pork neck delicious - minor complaint was that starters came out instantly after ordering and then we had a very long wait for a the mains. This was fine as it was a nice evening to be outside but it was a bit odd - they were very very busy!

Very fun :) sick bathroom lol. Food was mostly very very good! Perhaps i expected more because of the hype on instagram but still a great time and great meal in a great space with great service
Absolutely wonderful. The vibe is great. Food is amazing and the team does great work. I came as a solo diner and was quickly seated at the bar but the place was packed so if you go with more then one person plan to wait a bit. They have a great outdoor waiting area however where you can order a drink. Whatever wait you may endure is worth is in my opinion because the food and drinks are fire 🔥! I would have went back again if I didn’t already have plans

The most unique fish dishes. I was blown away by the creativity. Loved the seaweed butter!!!
Absolutely amazing.
Also the mackerel dish insane. If you like seafood you have to come .

Kødbyens Fiskebar se encuentra en el distrito de Meatpacking (Kødbyen) de Copenhague. Esta zona se encuentra en el barrio de Vesterbro. El ambiente del restaurante es... sobrio. Azulejos blancos en las paredes, algunos de los cuales no han sido renovados, revelando el yeso desnudo, pisos de hormigón lavado, un llamativo acuario redondo. La calidad de los asientos se podía mejorar, lo que se debía a una mesa demasiado pequeña e incómoda.
El menú es extenso, al igual que la carta de vinos. El servicio era atento y absolutamente bien, pero no podía responder preguntas específicas sobre la carta de vinos.
Tuvimos dos entrantes diferentes y luego una selección de otros platos en lugar de un plato principal, sin postre. La calidad de la comida fue impecable, pero la presentación no fue particularmente memorable.
Los precios son comparativamente altos, lo que parece bastante inapropiado teniendo en cuenta el ambiente y la presentación mundana. Los dos comimos por unos 250 euros. No necesariamente vale la pena repetirlo.
