This KFC has really delicious food 👌🏻 Just short on table

The food was really excellent. Unfortunately, the place is quite small and it was hard to find a seat. But the location is perfect— right on the main square next to City Hall.

Yesterday, we had a rather unpleasant experience at your restaurant. We were standing near the service counter and observed what was happening. We are sorry to say this, but we noticed several food safety and operational issues. We have also worked at KFC and know the standards that need to be followed. The timers on the holding cabinet were not switched on even though there was meat being kept inside the heated cabinet. One of the kitchen employees came out to the service area without removing his dirty apron because he needed to get something. Regarding our food, we ordered two Twisters and one Coke. There were not that many orders at the time, but our two Twisters were about to be given to other customers without anyone checking whether their order number matched the order. Fortunately, the girls insisted that it was not their order and did not take our Twisters. If we had not heard that those two Twisters were under our order number, we would probably have been waiting for our order for a very long time. After the girls told the person working at the service counter that it was not their order, he did not even call the correct order number or mark the order as ready on the screen so that the right customer would know they could come and collect it. I had to approach the counter myself and say that it was our order, and only then was it handed to us. As for the Coke, our order was takeaway, but we were simply given a cup without a lid or a straw. We went back and asked for a lid and a straw, but we were only given the lid. We eventually took a straw ourselves, luckily they were available at the service counter. Please pay more attention to these issues, especially food safety standards and the correct handling and distribution of orders. We really would not like to see KFC in Denmark being closed down again.

Small establishment. Tasty food. Prices are reasonable.
