15/01/2025: Good lunch for an 80th birthday
11/01/2025: Was for a Friday and Saturday stay, arriving a little late on Friday night. No people at the reception, but the key is ready on the counter with an envelope with a name on it, so it works fine, had reserved a table for dinner earlier in the day, everything was ready. Fresh young waiter to provide food and drinks, a little talk about wine, got a little taster to see if it was the right choice, both white and red wine suited the occasion perfectly, beef fillet with pepper sauce and beef fillet with béarnaise, a Wienerschnitzel on veal inner thigh, as it should be made, a salmon stuffed red sole, all the dishes were perfect, it was a thoroughly good food experience. To finish, an Irish Coffee, it was also good, it can't be better,
The next morning, lovely morning complete, eggs, rolls and cheese as well as cold cuts, fresh fruit and yoghurt, real juice and a pot of coffee, a really good start to the day. We will definitely come again.
