25/07/2026: We had the pleasure of spending our last night in Copenhagen at Pintxos, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. From the moment we arrived, Manuel and Angel made us feel incredibly welcome. Their service was exceptional: warm, attentive, genuine, and perfectly timed throughout the evening. They struck the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. My wife and I chose the tasting menu, and every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. It was a fantastic way to discover a wide variety of flavors, and each course exceeded our expectations. What made the evening even more special was our 2-year-old daughter, Victoria. Dining out with a toddler for over two hours isn't always easy, but she absolutely loved every minute of it. She was fascinated by the atmosphere, the food, and the kindness of the staff. Manuel and Angel made sure she felt included and cared for, which meant so much to us as parents. This wasn't just an excellent meal. It was a truly memorable experience. Outstanding food, impeccable service, and a warm atmosphere made our final evening in Copenhagen unforgettable. Thank you, Manuel, Angel, and the entire team.
