We have been regular takeaway customers for 5 years and always been greeted with a welcome and left with the pizza fix we needed. Thanks for making Fridays better! Great pizza and Italian drinks. What more do you need?

This time The Mad Madsen was passing by Hellerup and needed to pick up some takeaway on the way home. Expected standard pizza, got really good pizza. Clean and tidy in the shop, a smiling owner behind the counter and good music. We got to buy a few bottles of wine to take home. It turned out to be a really good day. We like! We'll be back 😁

24/08/2025: Absolutely delicious food but oddly paced. Our courses were fantastic but the night ground to a halt at the “champagne and restroom break.” We sat idly for thirty minutes. They had told us we should expect the evening to take three hours, but at this point it was 23:10 (from an 20:00 reservation) and we had four courses to go. We were there til 0030, and that was skipping the cheese cellar presentation and collapsing two of our dessert courses together. Again food was fantastic and everyone was warm, just expect it to take more like five hours than three.
10/08/2025: From Playa Del Carmen, Mexico We came to try this incredible place. From the welcoming start, the menu was incredibly varied and extensive, and the wine list was outstanding. Everything was perfect. Congratulations 🙌🏼 Greetings from 🇲🇽
