MASH Frederiksberg

My most recent visit to MASH was a mixed experience. I ordered a burger, which was okay, but not quite on par with what I've had in the same place before. It wasn't bad or disappointing, but I remembered it as better than it turned out to be this time. On the other hand, MASH's cocktails really impressed - especially their Risalamande cocktail, which I simply HAVE to learn how to make myself. Their cocktails were well-mixed, of high quality and clearly a highlight of the visit. This is definitely an area where MASH still delivers strongly. The service was overall good and welcoming. The staff were helpful and present when we needed something, although there wasn't quite the same personal attention that you can sometimes experience. All in all, the service worked well and contributed to a pleasant evening. As always, the prices are on the high end, which is to be expected for MASH, but it also means that as a guest you have slightly higher expectations for both food and service. All in all, an excellent visit with really good cocktails, a burger that could have been better, and service that is at an acceptable level – but for the prices, one could wish for a more complete overall experience.

The cocktails were very good. The beer glasses were specially chilled, ensuring the beer was served nice and cold. The bartender clearly enjoyed preparing the drinks. The food was also good value for money.

Went here for a steak dinner and the waiter helped us choose a Chilean wagyu. This was indeed an inspired choice as it had one of the best fat to meat ratios one could wish for.
