Nice McDonald's. I can see there have been many improvements over the years. I have deleted my first review as they clearly deserve a new one with more stars. The staff provide good service and when I got the wrong burger, they quickly gave me the right one and I got to keep the other one. Good parking options. Clean premises, kitchen and toilets.

A simple and tidy place, food orders are processed quickly.

Just McDonald's. The burgers were relatively fresh and warm. The employees seemed satisfied. Unfortunately, there are no coupons like in Germany, making it relatively expensive. You can get carrots instead of fries, which is funny.

We visited several times during our vacation, precisely because we were so pleasantly surprised by McDonald's Denmark. Anyone familiar with the stores in Germany knows that expectations of the chain are practically nonexistent. The selection is fantastic, including many plant-based products, with baby carrots (which became a running joke for us) available instead of fries. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly, taking less than 10 minutes (for four people). The only thing that's a bit odd is not getting a spoon for your coffee, but that's not a problem either; if you ask, you'll be given a McFlurry spoon. All in all, this store is worth a visit! So clean, so friendly, so great!

There are only carrots in the menu with a burger and a drink

Fries are very salty and could be cleaner. For lack of alternatives, Macces could be a goldmine.

Was there a Net outage in Denmark where payment cards could not be used. I informed the evening's toastmaster that you could use the McD app to order and pay, but he only took that with the comment, "not everyone can use it." Instead of informing the many who came in vain that they could try to download this particular app. Lousy customer service.
