Lovely room and really good staff friendly and helpful So well located in relation to the city perfect if you are going to be in Odense

Friendly customer service, tasty breakfast, proximity to the city center and municipal parking directly under the hotel are the most important advantages.

Breakfast buffet of the biggest. Have been to many hotels in Odense and this gave a wow in the stomach. They take into account how you would like it. 3:00 PM Cakes, vegetables with dip, popcorn etcetera and 24/7 coffee in all forms), hot and cold chocolate, hot and cold water. Apple juice, AND a Tropical Juice. Breakfast can be made if you are Diabetes, or another ethnic country, they will do everything to help you. Games and surprising small gifts to fish out. Those under 12 years old are free. Snacks and beer and wine can be purchased. There is an elevator for those who are disabled or have difficulty walking. Everything is close to the hotel and the King's Garden and Munkemose which is really worth seeing and going from May to August, there is a nice HC Andersen Theater story or 20 small HC Andersen fairy tales with 50 talented actors and free.

Pros: Very central location, good breakfast, and the ability to use the coffee machine (which also dispenses tea, hot chocolate, etc.) at any time. Cons: We booked two rooms, but the kids' room had a separate bathroom; the hotel was old, and our toilet smelled like sewer.

It's a somewhat worn-out hotel, where the cleaning could also need to be tightened up, but their staff did what they could, and service with free coffee, cake, fruit, and soft ice cream, you don't get that in many places.

Run down, not very clean and rude staff! A renovation is at least 25yrs over due and adds to the hotel’s shabby look. Curtains were half hanging and lamps did not work in the room. After travelling around Europe for 3 weeks and staying at many different hotels this was a big disappointment and the only positive note is the location smack in the middle of beautiful Odense! Hardly not worth the price.

I was at a congress in Odense and stayed here. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free coffee and cake are served between 3-5 pm. It is cozy. The hotel is located in a lovely central location in Odense. The light rail is on the next corner, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Definitely a good choice when visiting Odense.

The hotel has everything on paper to satisfy the traveler, and yet... A frosty welcome from the young receptionist doesn't bode well. The available parking isn't available, since we arrived at 2 p.m. and had to drive around several blocks to find a public parking lot (for a fee). The decor is dated, even though it's well-maintained and clean. The 4-person, 300kg elevator can only accommodate two passengers and isn't new. Finally, the dated rooms with sagging extra beds don't offer the comfort expected in a hotel that prioritizes comfort. The bathroom is in its original state, with flickering lighting that matches the style of the room. A good point, however, is the self-service coffee machine and fountain drinks machine (no sign of the other treats offered, however), and the included breakfast is quite decent. With a bit of a facelift and friendlier staff, 4 stars are within reach.

Small and cozy. small creamy room but it was fine for a day. Self serving beer was the best thing about it (in the common room) 😁 breakfast was good, a lot. Longer than 10 am end

We had a double room and traveled with a dog in June. Plenty of space in the room, good lighting. The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Free parking in the backyard. Breakfast ok. The downside was how quiet the room was as it was located in the stairwell. Difficult to sleep until 00:30 on the weekend, woke up when the first guests walked in the hallway between 06:30 and 07:30.
