The food is of varying quality. Long waiting time. However, it was all offset by fine and personal service by Mattias, who had a good feeling for his guests.

Good food with large portions at a reasonable price

The food was really delicious, but the side dishes were almost non-existent. Regarding hygiene when preparing the starter, only half of them were wearing gloves, so it doesn't really make much sense.

I was there for a confirmation at my boyfriend's family's, and it was my first time in Peter Liep's house, which is located a little away from the entrance to Dyrehavsbakken and close to Bakken The house is beautiful and old with a thatched roof, and it is cozy and charming We had the party room facing the farthest from the entrance to Bakken, and it accommodated the party of about 40 people quite nicely It was bubbles as a welcome drink, which was a good thing when the sun was shining from a beautiful sky. The party got underway and the food started to arrive We had white asparagus for a starter with smoked salmon, accompanied by something reminiscent of beurre blanc. I have rarely seen so little smoked salmon for a starter that consisted primarily of white asparagus (which was good) For the main course there was stuffed guinea fowl, which was as it should be, but then nothing more For dessert there was chocolate cake with ice cream on top - all in all the food was an average experience The service was absent to say the least and several times I had to make sure my table had something to drink and wine in the glasses - everything was served with a delay, and for example the coffee was not presented, but simply put out and then the service left It is a bit of a shame that the experience is not better, because it is a beautiful house in beautiful surroundings If they make more of an effort, it could be a golden experience
