A nice bakery, smiling staff. Prices are on the high end though

We went here to get breakfast and had a sandwich. The bread was amazing and it was so fresh and delicious. True Danish quality the service was amazing too. We also bought pastries and other Danish goodies and they’ve were all amazing. And fantastic service as well.

It's been a while since I lived in Ribe, when I did, I remember this place as a great pastry and bakery shop. I was many times wondering if it was nostalgia or I did not have enough experience to judge, however I never imagined it would become my first comparative reference for all furniture bakeries I have been. After fourteen years working in the gastronomic business and specializing in pastry areas on restaurants, I was able to return and have a taste of most of their breads and pastries. I was surprised they were even better than I remembered. And seems quality baseline is still pretty high. Would advice you to go there whenever you have the chance, since it is a place where you can easily skip if not told. Altho Ribe is a small town and has limited options, comparing to many other towns, cities, this place is truly a hidden gem in an almost forgotten (by the mainstream world) yet so rich in both culture and history town.

A super delicious bakery. The baguettes and sandwiches are a dream. A stop is definitely worth it just for the bakery.

A wonderful, small artisan bakery with friendly service. The cake (the Gulerodsnitte and Træstammer slices were very large) and the coffee were delicious and reasonably priced, too. Upon request, it's no problem to eat the cake there. We'd be happy to come back. This time, the pictures are of the sliced ​​cake so you can also see the delicious fillings (each picture shows only one half of the cake).

Disregard the corny name, this is actually a fantastic bakery. They have some amazing croissants and baguettes, and also cakes.
