Delicious bread and cinnamon rolls! It was impossible to choose from all the tasty treats. You could also have your bread sliced, which is not common in Denmark. There were also sandwiches. Don't hesitate. Definitely go inside!

Such a wonderful bakery in Ribe! Everything looks incredibly tempting as soon as you walk in, and the quality absolutely lives up to the expectations. The bread is excellent and the pastries are simply delicious - fresh, beautifully made and dangerously difficult to resist! A perfect place to stop while exploring Ribe, whether you’re looking for something sweet or some really good bread to take away. Definitely one of the best bakery stops of our trip through Denmark. We would happily come back!

The bread is simply delicious and the desserts are amazing. We went there for the first time, and that day we went back for more sweets. Definitely worth a try!

The best bread and delicious sweet pastries. We always make a special trip to Pompei on our last day in Denmark to buy bread and pastries to stock up 🤭. I'm already looking forward to next year!

A lovely bakery with so many delicious treats: a huge selection of large baguettes, freshly filled. And sweets as far as the eye can see. From cinnamon rolls and chocolate rolls to raspberry tarts and cakes, they have it all. Absolutely delicious! A visit is definitely on the agenda when we come back to Ribe.

16/08/2026: Best gelato, coffee and chocolate.
06/08/2026: We stopped for ice cream after a visit to a nearby museum, this was done simply because we came across this place without having read any reviews. We were immediately attended by a young lady without any waiting time, guess we were lucky. The ice cream flavors are more limited than what we've seen in other places yet the available choice were more than enough and you'll surely find something to your taste. If you ask for a cone they have them with a lemon or chocolate flavor, ours was the lemon one and it was really yummy.
