It was not clear when we booked our "standard double room" that "standard" apparently means without a private toilet/bathroom. Toilet was shared between 3 rooms, which I wouldn't call ordinary/standard these days. Small rooms with crooked floors - as you would expect in this type of building, so that was fair enough. Bed was narrow but nice. Service friendly, breakfast nice.

Wonderful restaurant in a great ambience

Cozy courtyard, we each had a well-filled sandwich and a bottle of local pilsner. Good, and fast and friendly service.

Lekkere smørrebrød met kip gegeten.

We were there for lunch and had delicious smoerrebroed (smoked bread). A lovingly designed inn with very friendly service. Highly recommended.

This review concerns the restaurant, not the hotel. Well, meatballs with potato salad and black bread for 139 kr. Filling? No, potato salad, tasted of nothing, lying in something white. The meatballs and bread were good, you had to order the mustard separately. Service? You order and pay, then someone comes and brings the food, and you leave. Nothing personal, just a fuss. A shame, unfortunately commonplace in Denmark these days. 3 stars only because of the beautiful courtyard.

Highly recommended. A cute, rustic spot with delicious food and drinks. You can sit comfortably inside or outside. The outside area has a magical feel. A must-see if you're in the area.

We had a delicious lunch here today. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly.

Really good service and a good selection of beers

We ate alone. It was the first time we'd had smørebrød, but it was a lot of money for what it was. I had the "luxury" version: rye bread with egg and potato toppings. A third of a fish fillet was on top, and the remaining two-thirds of the fillet was on the side. They charged 200 krone for that. My friend had a regular one with a beer and a water, which cost us over €50.
