Booked way before the trip to Odense… we love the menu comes with options from 2 to 8 courses. Tried 5 dishes and they were all delicious especially the kalix and tenderloin. The red wine pairing was perfect too. A great meal before a long ride back to Copenhagen.

Jeg besøgte Bacchus i går og nød en 3-retters menu – og hvilken fornøjelse det var! Restauranten er lille, men utroligt hyggelig, hvilket skaber en intim atmosfære. Maden var helt fantastisk og smagte virkelig lækkert. Hvert eneste ret var veltilberedt og fyldt med smag. Jeg kan varmt anbefale et besøg her, hvis man sætter pris på god mad i hyggelige omgivelser!

I chose the biggest "package", in other words everything on the menu with a wine package. It took four hours, but was a journey through a world of flavors (seen with a French eye). A marathon of food, but worth it. Recommended.

An excellent culinary journey with a discreet wine pairing. Refined dishes, beautifully presented and impeccable service, all in a comfortable and informal atmosphere. An overall very positive experience.

Portionerne var latterlige små. Smagen ellers god men i forhold til prisen, var det bestemt ikke det værd. Vi kommer ikke igen.

17/01/2025: The service was definitely what kept the place up for us. The burger lacked a bit of "juice and power", it was a bit too cafe-like for us unfortunately. I had two guests with me from abroad, luckily they didn't notice anything other than that the service was top notch, so it was lucky!

09/02/2025: Vår is an absolutely fantastic culinary experience We had 8 courses including a wine menu The food was absolutely top class, presented deliciously and unpretentiously so that the taste experience is allowed to be the star of the show. The wines were also super delicious and had a perfect interaction with the dishes. And last but not least, the new premises are warm, cozy and subdued, and a lovely setting for a wonderful, extraordinary dining experience. Worth all the money. Mr. Burmølle shows Our cupboard must stand. The warmest recommendations from here to Vår
