The food is like a buffet now. They are good at floating up.
There were many guests, which of course causes a lot of noise and queues.

Pros: all you can eat buffet, great selection, excellent service (depending on the day), all the meats!
Cons: alittle pricey but worth it, depending on the grill master the meat will be perfect or cold use a warm up. Some foods even if they just open don’t necessarily have a super fresh taste.
Overall, great place, good selection. Would recommend

A detail perhaps, but it doesn't seem very professional to pull out the wine in advance and just come and slap it down on the table without giving you a chance to confirm that it's what you ordered or get a taste. Maybe an excuse that it was a young trainee who was in charge, but here was perhaps something msn could teach her.

We came for dinner.
The place has a buffet with different salads, vegetables, potatoes and a lot of different cuts of meat.
I can recommend the meat, the rest of the buffet is not very exciting.
The noise level is on the high end.
Service is nice, but it takes a while before they come and take your order.

Really nice restaurant with buffet and a la carte depending on your desire. Helpfully staff and Really friendly. Clean toilets, and the mood and decor are really good...

It was a mistake to visit "Flammen" in Aalborg while I was on a diet. But what a great mistake!
The meat... it was grilled to perfection, it was tender and well seasoned. For my first plate, I chose glaced ribs, veal and beef marinated in chilli. Perfection!
Then I went for the duck chest, and more ribs, some grilled corn-on-cob and a stalk of broccoli for good health.
The guests started pouring in from 1700 pm, and I fully understand why. Come early or make a reservation - It is a VERY popular place for a reason.
