Restaurant NORDIC Ringkøbing-Skjern

Excellent, almost experimental cuisine that combines interesting new flavors. A must-visit!

Fantastic restaurant with incredibly service-minded and attentive waiters. We had a delicious three-course meal with tuna cappacio, monkfish and a wonderful dessert. Highly recommended for both food and atmosphere - we will definitely be back

A truly recommendable restaurant. Excellent, flavorful menus with successful, very interesting flavor combinations and intense aromas, super attentive service in a tasteful ambiance! The perfect place for a cozy evening.

Enjoyed a delicious four-course fish menu. Beautifully presented and no long wait. Unfortunately, there was no vegetarian option. Highly recommended for fish and meat lovers.

Best restaurant in the area (as of our experience), a bit pricey, but selected delicious food and outstanding service!

Super good and exciting new interpretation of smørrebrød👌🏻 Really good atmosphere and professional service. Lovely premises that are well decorated. We will come again and again 👍🏻

We were delighted with the menu and the attentive, warm service. Highly recommended!

We had the restaurant's three-course menu. Very well balanced. The portions were not large but there was no problem getting an extra basket of fantastically delicious bread. So everyone was full when we got up. The only problem was the waiter's lack of knowledge about wine. However, the waiter was honest about this instead of pretending to have knowledge she didn't have. In these times, it's okay when you have AI at hand that could probably recommend the correct wine for the menu based on a fine wine list.

A fantastic culinary experience! They spontaneously created a vegetarian three-course menu for us. We highly recommend them. Thank you! 🫶

Great menu, high quality with lots of fresh fish
