We were a party of about 30-40 people. We had one of the back rooms. Unfortunately you had to enter through the basement entrance or through small hallways that required staff to get to the room. There was a nice acoustics. However, it quickly became hot and stuffy. The food was nice, nothing special. But nothing was wrong either.

17/01/2026: Nice restaurant at the locks of the city center.
22/11/2025: Really nice place to eat. I ordered a ribeye medium rare, but it unfortunately came out well done. I asked one of the nice waiters if I could get a new one, and that was no problem. The next one was better, but still a little too well done. I was pretty hungry, so I decided to eat it anyway. It's clear that they use good ingredients, but in my opinion they fall just short of the finish line. The food lacked flavor, and the plate seemed a little empty - there could have been a little more greens. On the other hand, we had a really nice experience at Kolvig. I'm sure they have many other good dishes besides ribeye. Their burger looked really delicious, for example! I'll definitely give the place another chance

26/10/2025: good wine and a slightly more exciting selection of cocktails, beer could be more exciting, there is a bit of a mess with their opening hours on the website, it may say 02:00 and then they suddenly start asking people to leave at 00:30, it's a mess, I haven't tasted any food from here
15/04/2025: Great atmosphere, delicious drinks - especially the peanut butter white Russian - and great service. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.
