Restaurant Zafran København

Came to Zafran whilst on a weekend visit to Copenhagen As a Brit who has never had Persian cuisine travelling with a Persian girl she suggested we visit here and we were not disappointed! We ordered 4 mains and 4 sides to share between the two of us and everything on the table was delicious, the lamb was so tender it fell off the bone as soon as the knife touched it and it just melted in your mouth. The veal... Was divine 🤤 everything was great, the food, the service, where we were sat in the restaurant (we had a window seat and it was just nice to watch the world go by as we ate and chatted) When we come back to Copenhagen, we will 100% be coming back to Zafran

I had Chelo Koubide. The food was consistently delicious and the portion was very generous . Staffs were very friendly. The atmosphere is also very nice. It's a great place to test Persian food.

I had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Zafran recently and it was truly an experience that lived up to all expectations. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by a warm atmosphere and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The food was very good!! The staff was extremely attentive without being intrusive and they were quick to help with recommendations and answer questions. You can really feel that they are proud of their food and want to ensure that you have a good experience. The interior of the restaurant is modern, but with traditional elements that create a cozy atmosphere. There was dim lighting and a comfortable sound level, which allowed us to enjoy our meal and conversation in peace. All in all, I can highly recommend Restaurant Zafran to anyone who loves authentic taste experiences. It's a place I look forward to visiting again!

Delicious food and a very calm atmosphere, if I visit Copenhagen again I will definitely go to this place again. We ordered soltani kabab and barg was very delicious slightly on the salty side but overall very delicious. Also koobide was good, not at all salty. Also large yogurt drink (dough) was very very very good. :)

I am an Iranian person and the best Iranian restaurant which we can recommend in Copenhagen is Zafran, it is just because of the taste of kebab ( we have tried different type of kebabs here) is really good, well marinated and very tender kebab with high quality. I cannot believe negative comments about this restaurant as we always prefer to go there.

Amazing Persian food , it’s underrated, the owner I guess told us it will be the best Persian food you’ll even eat , I didn’t believe but when I tasted it was really the best Persian food , the meat is AMAZING👏💕chicken was salty and bit but good I finished it all , service was so kind and amazing , but the atmosphere was a bit to dark they should put lights ,shabzi was good , they also stand with women life freedom movement , best meat I’ve ever eat !💕you should definitely try it

Fantastisk mad, tjeneren og ejeren var rigtigt søde. Der var ikke så mange mennesker, og det tog lidt tid før maden var klar, men til gengæld var den værd at vente på. Vi kommer gerne igen og vil gerne anbefale den😁
