Delicious delicious food. Great wine. What service. And everyone in the lovely courtyard was warmly welcomed and served. Claus and his staff are always attentive and present without being intrusive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Roeds Brasserie is a super cozy place to eat. The food is really good, and the atmosphere is down to earth. An obvious place for a good and informal dinner.

04/04/2026: If you want to eat Pasta in Nyborg, this is it. Well-prepared food and super friendly service
04/04/2026: Here, candlelight warmed the air on a windy morning and you could enjoy the sun and the view through the large windows. But what warmed you most of all were the smiles and kindness you met. And then my brunch of avocado and salmon was… perfect.

14/08/2026: A very nice distillery in an old locomotive shed. Fine whisky and other specialties, very friendly people there.
12/08/2026: A very nice distillery; we bought gin, whisky, and rum here. Highly recommended.
