good wine and a slightly more exciting selection of cocktails, beer could be more exciting, there is a bit of a mess with their opening hours on the website, it may say 02:00 and then they suddenly start asking people to leave at 00:30, it's a mess, I haven't tasted any food from here

Great atmosphere, delicious drinks - especially the peanut butter white Russian - and great service. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food.

The staff was nice enough to give my friend a birthday flag even though his birthday is in 20 days We were once again confirmed that IPA tastes like shit.

23/12/2025: We spontaneously stopped in for lunch today. The service was incredibly friendly, and the chili con carne deserves more than 5 stars: the presentation and taste were simply excellent…definitely check it out if you're in Ribe!!!
14/12/2025: A really great little hotel with delicious food and a fantastic host. Jens is a great guy! Highly recommended if you appreciate authentic experiences!
