Smørrebrød Cafe København

We chose this place to try traditional Smørrebrød on our first visit to Copenhagen. It is a small and cute place. Since it was full, we sat at the table in front of the door. We tried the chicken salad, spicy pickled herring and egg shrimp. All three products we tried were delicious. The presentation was very nice and meticulous. The salt content was high because the herring was pickled. The staff was very kind and inviting. Thank you 🌿

It's a small place, and for many, the prices are high. But the truth is that the food is delicious and warm. They were very friendly.

What an incredible find - very small shop with 3-4 indoor tables and a few bar seats. Glad we had reservation. Service was super pleasant and nice and just a well run business. The food was exquisite and particularly the herring sandwich and chicken sandwich. Each bute deliveres something unique and then the after taste evolves to something even more savory. Love love this place!!

Absolutely delicious! The ambiance is beautifully inviting, and the host is extremely friendly. A happy coincidence on my last, very rainy day in Copenhagen 😊

The reviews were excellent, which is why we waited in line for 20 minutes in the rain. There were only two different sandwiches left to choose from, and to be honest, they were good but not amazing at all, far from it. But what disappointed us most was the price, which was really excessive: €70 for four small sandwiches and a drink is way too expensive for what it is. The server was lovely!

Escondido del centro de Copenhague y probado por casualidad, pero probablemente el mejor smørrebrød que hemos probado. Todo increíblemente fresco, con algunas combinaciones de sabores únicas y creativas. Muy recomendable.
