Stoppestedet Fanø

They have a menu in German and English. It's more like fast food to go plus an ice cream parlor. Prices are reasonable, even a bit cheap for Denmark. You order at the counter and pick up yourself. It might be a bit slow during peak season, but the wait isn't long during off-season.

Every time we're on the island, at least one visit is a must. The food is always delicious, including Stjerneskud.

Delicious fish and chips, and very close to the beach. We'd love to go back!

The food was very, very delicious. The price was completely reasonable, too. Great location, right on the beach. A must-visit on every vacation. And the service was very friendly and helpful.

I visited again after a few years and was very pleasantly surprised. I'll be going there more often now. If you order a small fries, don't even think about a bowl at the sausage stand. It's enough for at least two people.

We've been coming to Fanø for over 32 years, and our route always leads us to Stoppesteted! The owners have changed, and it's been renovated—but the excellent quality of the food has remained consistent throughout! Even though the menu has shrunk over time, it's still worth a visit every time 💯👍

Zu aller erst: Ich würde diesen Place eher als Imbiss+ und nicht unbedingt als Restaurant bezeichnen. Die Pommes schmecken recht lecker und die Portionsgrösse für den Preis ist für dänische Verhältnisse noch im Rahmen. Das Eis ist je nach Sorte ist leider nur Durchschnitt und dafür mit 35 Kronen (gut 5 EUR)/Kugel meiner Meinung nach etwas zu teuer.
