Restaurant located directly on the beach which processes fresh fish from local fishermen. All dishes were fantastically prepared. Highly recommended!

Nice friendly atmosphere and a bit of authenticity; eating probably the best beer-battered fish and good fries and tartare-sauce on the side. This is not just excellent fish and plain fries, this is excellent fish and really good fries.

Pan-fried fish fillets with delicious fries and really good remoulade. Nothing is missing. Good view of the water and the cutters, good place to eat both outside and inside. Nice place - and if only the fishermen wanted to make more broadcasts☺️

The restaurant on Thorup Strand is a real insider tip for everyone who loves fresh fish and authentic Danish cuisine. I would particularly like to highlight the fish and chips I had there - they were simply fantastic! The fish was incredibly fresh, which is not surprising since it comes straight from the North Sea. Fried crispy on the outside and tender as butter on the inside, with perfectly seasoned fries – a real treat! The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also very pleasant: it is small, cozy and calm, with a rustic charm that fits perfectly with the maritime environment. Add to that the fantastic view of the beach and the sea - there's hardly a better way to enjoy fresh fish. The location right on the beach where you can watch the fishing boats makes the dining experience even more special. Whether you want to fortify yourself after a long walk along the coast or just enjoy the good food and relaxed atmosphere - this restaurant is highly recommended. For me it was a completely successful visit. Five stars for great food, friendly service and the perfect location!

Mega beach snack at the highest level,,,, We thought a star chef would be serving there What a feast for the eyes and a feast for the taste. The fish fillet is amazing without breading, you won't find it again,,,, The chips are uniquely crispy and special! Lentils with fish salad lush and wonderfully seasoned. . . The price-performance ratio is absolutely TOP A clear recommendation for everyone

Maden er ganske lækker og veltilberedt - men når man opsøger et sted som dette - beliggende lige ud til strand og fiskekuttere, forventer man, at FISKEN er det bærende element. Tre af os havde bestilt "Rørt torsk med grøn salat og surdejsbrød" til kr. 125,-/portion. Vi havde i forvejen spurgt om det var en ret man blive mæt af, hvilket vi blev forsikret om. Da retten kom i en stor bowle, var det først og fremmest salaten - og ikke mindst voldsomme mængder af linser, der fyldte. Den rørte torsk lå i bunden af et mindre syltetøjsglas (i et ca 1,5 cm højt lag. Det smagte fortrinligt, men udgjorde reelt kun 2-3 skefulde, mens salaten var vel rigelig. Dét forventer man ikke i et fiskehus. Retten burde have heddet "Grøn salat og surdejsbrød med lidt rørt torsk". Den fjerde gæst fik en ganske udmærket og lækker Fish'n'chips til kr. 145,-
