Wow! This fantastic club deserves a full and detailed review! After 20 active years of visiting other places, finding Tucan club was truly a dream come true. This is by far the nicest, most enjoyable, clean, safe, friendly, welcoming, fun, well thought through, comfortable, and super exciting club that we have ever been to. It is far above what you normally find in the Nordics, in nearby Germany, or in the U.S. (Clubs in København or Hamburg don’t come even remotely close to the experience at Tucan). The parking lot was filled with no less than 60 cars just minutes after the club opened at 19:00 on a Thursday night. More arrivals kept on coming and the parking lot was filled with at least twice as many cars by 20:30. This was on a Thursday, this place must be booming on a Saturday night. First of all, make sure to contact the club in advance to verify that they have space for you available. If you arrive without prior contact to the club they may turn you away if they have reached capacity. As soon as you enter Tucan, little details immediately point out that this club is focused on the most positive customer experience. You can arrive in your every day street clothing! Because the dress code applies inside the club after you had a chance to go to the locker room. So unlike other clubs, here you don’t have to worry about arriving in the wrong shoes, or wrong clothing. At Tucan the entire dress code policy, makes for a really enjoyable, but also stress free atmosphere. Of course there are many areas of the club where you can be without any dresscode. At check-in you get a key for your locker and a wrist band for the bar. The change area is next to bathrooms and showers, so you can easily refresh upon arrival or before departure. Throughout the club clear and common sense rules are printed on the walls, easy to read in English and Danish. The rules are truly common sense, and lead to a truly nice and safe atmosphere. All the rules of the club are common sense, make perfect sense, and should not need extra explanation. It is very positive that we can point out that this club enforces these common sense rules without debate, and without hesitation. A visitor was observed not following the club rules. He was immediately approached in a respectful but firm manner by the Tucan staff and was asked to vacate the premises at once. Single guests can arrive here and feel comfortable that they can be here without being bothered, without anyone being pushy. No-smoking club, with plenty of private and public m areas, outside areas, steam room, massage chairs, a nice bar, heated floors, and super clean rooms with all the things you need. Towels are included. Super helpful and friendly staff!
