Weis Stue Esbjerg

Was invited in to eat. Chose 2 course menu. Fantastic steak, beef béarnaise, delicious tender and pancakes with ice cream for dessert. Was completely full. Definitely recommendable place to eat.

We love Weis Stue. It is one of the few of its kind left in the wider area. It is still loyal to the Danish tradition. The food is very good, the atmosphere is amazing, the service is top-notch. Yes, it is not cheap, but good things come at a price. Please keep doing what you're doing, we love it.

Really good lunch plates and cozy old premises

We had a beautiful supper the night before our wedding in Ribe town hall with our family on December 18th. Due to the large wedding group we were asked to submit our meal selections early however this step was missed and they still were able to provide one of the most delicious meals. The service was amazing, the atmosphere very romantic. The restaurant has a deep history and is worth asking about. We highly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

Good atmosphere and history, cozy little rooms. Good enough bathroom in the hallway but luckily not hay beds 😉

Så hyggeligt og virkelig god atmosfære 🥰 venlig, sød og smilende tjener. Super serviceminded. Vi fik juleplatte og da jeg er nordjyde, så sagde jeg der mangler bare en ting, og det er kanelsukker, vupti…… så var det tryllet frem. Effektiv afrydning og de efterfølgende retter kom meget afstemt med at vi var klar til den kommer helt sikkert igen ♥️

You'd be hard-pressed to find a more charming restaurant. It's like stepping into another era. So cozy. Friendly and customer-oriented staff. Delicious, well-prepared home-cooked food for reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit. Especially at Christmas.

Dans la charmante ville de Ribe, le restaurant Weis Stue est une excellente adresse pour découvrir une cuisine locale et gourmande. Les prix des restaurants au Danemark sont de fait plus élevés par rapport à ceux pratiqués généralement en France, mais ici, le rapport qualité-prix est très correct. Vous êtes assurés de passer un moment agréable. La carte met largement en avant les produits locaux, avec une invitation à découvrir les spécialités du pays (et non, au Danemark, on ne mange pas que du saumon et du pain noir !). Weis Stue se distingue parmi les nombreuses adresses de Ribe (toutes ne se valent pas) avec son ambiance d’auberge d’antan, nichée dans une superbe bâtisse à la décoration authentique. Un véritable voyage dans le temps, à ne pas manquer si vous visitez Ribe.
