I'll only review the restaurant. The food was surprisingly delicious, and I had a good glass of wine. The atmosphere takes us back in time. I had a wonderful time here, and I plan to return.

Had booked a table for September 13th - I thought, but had written it wrong, so they thought we were coming on the 14th. Super nice waiter finds a table for us an hour after arrival. We got pepper steak. All for 5 stars.

Yesterday we visited the beautiful old town of Ribe. The "Weiß Stue" is a very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere and delicious food. Unfortunately, the service staff doesn't live up to the standards. Unfortunately, my blind faith in the accuracy of the bill paid off. Instead of one mineral water, I was charged five. That was 152 DKK / almost 20 euros more. My mistake – noticed too late – got caught – a shame. It certainly won't happen again.

A simple yet cozy accommodation. Service and staff are perfect. The food is perfect.

Weiss Stue is always a safe choice in Ribe – here you get fantastic, delicious and authentic home-cooked food/grandmother's food. All the good stuff: fried calf's liver, steak bearnaise or a classic pasta bolognese for the kids. You simply can't go wrong at Weiss Stue. We had shrimp cocktail for starters, and for mains we ordered steak bearnaise, minced steak, calf's liver and pasta for the kids. Everything was well-prepared and just sitting in the cupboard. Even though the house was full, and both the waiters and the kitchen were busy, we were served both food and drinks with a smile and a little fun along the way. The kids felt at home – just like they always do at Weiss Stue. A warm recommendation from here!

Good choice. WC and showers are to be shared with other roomers but finally very good experience. Around 80€ for 2 without breakfast. Typical old house dated from 18th century

A restaurant oozing history right in the center of Ribe. Excellent service, good food, and a hefty price tag. The pork fillet and ribs were delicious.
