16/12/2023: The new concept does not suit this type of restaurant and the price is no longer related to the overall experience you get. We have been happy to visit the restaurant in the past, but the food does not quite live up to the previous quality.

11/05/2024: Very nice staff... the quality has deteriorated significantly compared to our last visit a few years ago. Which indicates either a new owner or new management... As the last visit, it will probably work... But will definitely not repeat itself.

03/05/2024: The all you can eat concept failed in a big way. The idea is good, flank steak, fries, salad and tarragon cream. The restaurant is grossly understaffed, with primarily 1 waiter for 7 tables, of which only 2 were with 2 guests, the rest 4 and up to 12. We ordered and got the first batch of food relatively quickly. But half of the ordered drinks were missing. Get them re-ordered and after we have eaten we order a new "round" of food. 40 minutes later we still haven't had round 2. That requires another round of drinks and the move to the kitchen. It should also be mentioned that a "round" meal is one bowl of salad, one bowl of fries and a maximum of 150 grams of meat for 2 people. The flank steak was unfortunately almost cooked through. Our waitress did what she could, and apologized both to us and the neighboring tables, but organizationally there is something completely wrong. After we had placed drink order 2, we saw that they finished serving at 1 table, quite fair, and then proceeded to clear a table before serving the draft beer and glass of wine we had ordered. It was very clear that the employees were overwhelmed. The idea is good, but the execution sucks. Unfortunately, it ended up being a practice night.

10/02/2024: This Jensens Bøfhus is right next to Bilka in Esbjerg. There is therefore a large car park with enough parking spaces. We were greeted and seated very friendly. The restaurant looks modern, clean and attractive. The service was friendly, quick and even spoke a little German. There is also a German menu which makes things much easier. At lunchtime there are special cheap dishes so the price and performance were totally reasonable. There was also a bowl from the salad bar per dish. We liked it and enjoyed it. Thanks!

02/05/2024: Delicious shrimp cocktail as a starter. Garlic bread for. Ummm. Pulled pork burger. Yes. Brooklyn beer. 👍

20/04/2024: All food consists of semi-finished products, even steaks. Food has lost its “soul” so to speak. It seems that all the Jensens Bøfhus ready-made food that you can buy in stores is also prepared in their restaurants 😅 Children's menu - the children didn’t touch the food at all, they just ate a fried burger with a defrosted patty 🥹, nuggets from the freezer, snacks, all also frozen fried In oil. The youngest daughter, 3 years old, ate only cucumbers. I ordered a Caesar salad, the chicken was dry, the sauce was not original (it seems they also just mixed in mayonnaise), no croutons. Cocktail 🍸 Aporol Syringe - just mixed with tonic 😀, of course without orange and clearing. The menu indicated that the cocktail was based on the original recipe. All food is semi-finished. Apart from cucumber and greens, nothing is prepared in the kitchen; it is just taken out of the freezer and boiled in oil or separated

16/03/2024: Fantastic service from the time we entered until we left. The food came quickly. Fantastic waiters with professional service. The food tasted excellent and exceeded all expectations. Will come again with pleasure.

10/03/2024: The prices are getting to a high level on Jensens, but the quality is not high enough for that price. I do like the place and the menu card is well organised. I chose a beef and for the price there is just too little food. If I were to buy a the side orders, salat etc the price is quickly moving to the 400-500 price range without drinks. That is too much for the quality offered. The service is okay, but they are not so attentive to the tables, so it is easiest to get up and find them to order more potatoes.

14/09/2023: Restauranten har ændret navn til "Dash" (ejerens efternavn). Der er samtidig sket en fornyelse af restaurantens inventar og menu. Der var fyldt godt op i lokalet. Pænt inventar og rigtig flink betjening. Menukortet er "Middelhavs inspireret" og stort. Det indeholder mange spændende retter såvel tyrkiske, græske som danske. Vi var tre og valgte forskellige retter. Alle var veltilberedte og pænt anrettede. Der var ikke sparet på mad og tilbehør. Udmærket spisested med mad til rimelige priser.

10/03/2024: We visited this sweet place during our trip to Copenhagen and left very satisfied. The food and attention were very nice. We would especially like to thank Mr. Emre and Mr. Deniz, we had a pleasant meal with their advice and interest.

30/03/2024: The burger was hard/ dry as a biscuit/ the two trays…. The sauce had skin on it and the steak was cold. Nachos were dry and there was too little cheese on… The Belgian waffle was small…. The service lacked smiles…. So it wasn't the best and way too expensive for bad food… We were very disappointed and this is the last time we eat at Jensen's steak house again.

23/03/2024: Have used Jensen's a lot in the past, but this time was disappointing. Found 2 pieces of plastic in the food and the service seemed as if we wanted to get out quickly. The dessert was served when I finished my food, but my daughter was easily not...

25/11/2023: They should start by telling their few customers that you can't pay with Dankort and then they refer you to an ATM machine that costs money to withdraw so that you can pay for the food we have eaten. You get the feeling that customs and tax should be looking at that place
