09/06/2024: Disappointing Service Experience I recently dined at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the service. After placing our order, we waited for over an hour with no sign of our food. When we inquired about the delay, we were shocked to learn that they had actually forgotten our order. Additionally, the waiter was unresponsive and rude. He ignored our questions and requests, which only added to our frustration. This level of service is unacceptable, and it significantly detracted from our dining experience. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and staff training.
