09/11/2024: Really fun cocktail experience—definitely not something I expected to find in Aarhus. The atmosphere is excellent, and the service was also very good. For the drinks, my review is a bit more mixed. While there’s lots of creativity, the taste didn’t always match the presentation. Also, not every drink has that big visual impact, as many come in pretty simple glasses.

01/12/2024: Restaurant/Cafeé/Madhus at the end of the street in Viborg must have reported their steak sandwich with sauce today. Arrived at 11.40 and was nicely shown to our table, ordered the food at 11.48 and was served at our table at 12.05. The food is really nicely arranged with sauce and various dips in separate bowls so you can dose yourself. Everything looks really delicious. The bun looks homemade and it is lightly toasted and tastes really nice. On the bottom bun there is coarse home-made remoulade which tastes wonderful, there is a little salad and then some slightly fried caramelised red onions which also tasted wonderful. I think the steak was approx. 180 grams and was perfectly pink to medium fried, the meat they write is hook-ripened and it fits very well because the meat tastes furiously good and has a nice texture. On top of the steak there were small pieces of pickled apples with a faint taste of cinnamon, really delicious and a nice addition to a steak sandwich, which is also sprinkled with a little horseradish, which gives a nice bit of bitterness. The top bun is just smeared with a little BBQ sauce. The sauce is a light mushroom sauce which tastes really good with a distinct mushroom flavour. Unfortunately, the sauce was lukewarm with a bit of good will, it wasn't hot at least, but it was lovely. The fries were a nice amount and they tasted really good and came with a homemade ketchup and a homemade chili mayo that belongs in the super league. The food is nicely coordinated without anything taking over more than the other. However, we are a bit surprised because in the menu it says that the sauce is a strong brown sauce, hmm what was served was a light mushroom sauce. It was fortunate that it was really good and we love mushrooms, imagine if we had been allergic to mushrooms. It also says that it is served with watercress and roasted onions, and there was no hint of that. But that does not change the fact that we had a wonderful dining experience and with a price of DKK. 189.- gets 4.5 out of 5 stars. But now have the menu card changed so that it matches what you serve. Thank you for the food, I will come again.

11/11/2024: Superb place. Really authentic and I have never met such sweet and super welcoming smiling warm waiters and the owner Søren.. Really good atmosphere, ok prices and the food is just something I HAVE to try again🍷 I had confit duck legs and a nice glass of spiced red wine. The food came quickly even though the place was completely packed here on a Monday at 6pm. I can highly recommend the place and that. I paid DKK 337

14/11/2024: Lovely food with a nice and sweet waitress and everything that now entails.

29/10/2024: Disappointment... I had my fair share of fine dining and Michelin experiences but this one was by far the worst, the portions were ridicoulously small we ended up bing still hungry after dinner. We ordered bottle of wine which waitress brought to us already openend ❌❌❌ and poured full glass directly to both of us, not even let us taste - have not seen this before in the price range of such restaurant... We were sitting next to where glasses and wine bottles are and shelves had generous layer of dust on them... The octopus starter was interesting... The main course PORK was 4 supper tiny pieces of pork which had more fat than meat and 3 small pieces of beetrot and 3 pieces of quince - a joke The desert was best part, because we knew we will head out soon and also it tasted the best of three even though they gave us big ass soup spoons to eat it with... next time you might as well give us a shovel And the 1 piece, literally piece, of bread per person for 25 Dkk must be the biggest gag of the evening... The dishes they served the food on were all very different aesthetic for each course and food was also presented very underwhelmingly, no sparkl, no joy in it just some food with sauce somewhat good tasting but bland looking... In my world eyes eat first when I am in restaurant and they were very hungry for more... The Michelin Bib is very questionable to me for this establishment

21/12/2024: If you really think about it, it's either two socks or no socks. There's no point in one sock, unless you want to intimidate someone. Can't ever trust a person with only one sock. It's weird as Fring to be honest. It's really frungling strange. Anyways, never been to the bar. Five stars.
