29/07/2025: Picasso er gennemstrømmet af sjæl og omtanke. Det var virkelig tydeligt da vi først blot gik forbi, for derefter at vende tilbage til stedet der bare havde den bedste energi på en ellers meget rolig mandag aften. På Picasso var udvalget af vin og spiritus spækket med alt hvad hjertet og ganen kan ønske sig, der manglede intet. Det var tydeligt at der var tænkt på de små detaljer, hvilket blev bekræftet da vi havde en hyggelig stund og snak med den hjertevarme ejer.

30/07/2025: Ordered steak and chicken tenders for 230 kr. It was just.... Boring and disappointing. Had expected more flavor and a larger portion.

26/07/2025: Burger var total gennemstegt. Butterfly og kyllingesalat var virkelig kedelig. Røræg på brunch tallerken kom helt firkantet og lignede en fabriks lavet. Her kommer vi ikke igen. Men støtter så de små og lokale istedet.

26/07/2025: The house burger was completely overcooked. The potatoes were also far too fried in the deep fryer and all the potato boats were crunchy. The second serving was no better. The chicken salad was tough, the chicken was also fried beyond recognition. We won't be coming here again. But we would rather support the smaller and more local ones instead of mass production. Lesson learned

10/06/2025: Nice place where we ate during the Royal Run. The food was honestly really good and worth the price. I personally had the chèvre chaud, and it tasted just like the one I eat back home in France !! However, we didn’t quite understand why the waitress asked only our table to pay before eating (even though she said we could pay afterward if we wanted). She explained it was because they’ve had issues with people leaving without paying. We're foreigners, and the fact that she asked only us felt a bit weird and unpleasant. Don’t worry — if people can afford to come to Denmark, they can definitely afford to pay for their food.

10/06/2025: Lovely Wienerschnitzel. A had fish. Lovely premises, we sat outside in the “glass cage” lovely light. Friendly service. Been here 3 times always a good experience.

31/05/2025: Steak for 300 kr The steak was good but not great. . Fried well but the quality was not that good. . Potatoes ok but not particularly good. The sauce tasted fine. Vegetables were unfortunately just on the raw side. Soda was fine. I was generally disappointed. The chef is not angry but disappointed The atmosphere was not improved by the young people sitting at the next table.. Parking. Was there but qpark

07/07/2025: Saturday 05.07.2025. 21:00 Caffé Jorden was the worst place in Aarhus I've ever been. I ordered a chai latte with oat drink, but I got a small chai latte with half hot milk and half water. When I asked if it was made with oat drink, she said yes, but it wasn't. When I returned the so-called chai latte, I said that it wasn't made properly, like a chai latte should be made, but she didn't answer anything - she just asked if I wanted something else, and of course I paid for it too. She wasn't talkative and didn't smile, and the guy who made the chai latte looked like he didn't want to be there and acted very important. I recommend not going there, because it was a terrible experience.

26/07/2025: Ordered a glass of white wine and got a glass that was barely a quarter full. Shortly after, another guest got the same wine – but with the glass almost half full. When we asked about it, we were simply told that there was nothing we could do. Still, it cost 80 kr. It feels really unprofessional. When you pay that much for a glass of wine, you should expect a uniform and fair service. Won't be back

18/07/2025: I dont know how the food is, we got the card and then got ignored for 25 min. Then we left

31/07/2025: We were only there briefly and noticed the inattentive bar staff. No one came to our table, so I had to keep running to the bar. Even to get the information that the cocktail I ordered couldn't be made because they were out of ingredients...then we left.

24/07/2025: Staff young but unpleasant. Guinness price 75 but I have padded 80. And it supposed to work until 00.00, but closed at 22.30

18/01/2025: We were a party of 20 for brunch, where 2 had unfortunately fallen ill on the day, and you had contacted mcale at opening hours and canceled for these 2. Food and atmosphere were okay, but we are asked to pay full price for the 2 who did not show up and are met with very poor service from the staff in question who insisted on their right to charge for the 2 who did had canceled. After a tedious and in our eyes unnecessary dialogue, we ended up having to pay for one of the 2 guests who had not turned up. I don't think it's fair to charge for 2 guests who have canceled their visit to the restaurant from early in the morning. There is no question of non-attendance, and on the call where it was announced that there were two who could not participate anyway, nothing was mentioned about an extra fee. It ruined the experience for us at mcale.
