01/08/2026: It takes a while to get served because the staff are talking to each other more than paying attention to the guests. When you are finally served, however, you get your ordered food quickly and it is tasty. We had the chicken nachos, a kids' menu with chicken nuggets, and a pulled pork sandwich.

16/07/2026: We only had drinks; the service was very friendly and attentive. It was a lovely moment to enjoy a drink in peace and quiet in a pleasant setting.

12/07/2026: Perhaps you can educate the younger man with the snuff in his mouth that you can fold benches together without damaging the guests' hearing or creating a bad atmosphere.

14/08/2026: My wife and I had planned to go see a movie at the cafe cinema. We had been really looking forward to it and planned the evening for just that. When we arrive with our gift card we are told “it doesn’t work” we ask why, wondering “I don’t know” the waitress said. Then she turned her back on us and left. Then she came back and said they don’t work with the gift card provider anymore. I asked since when haven’t you done it? she shrugged her shoulders and disappeared - totally indifferent. One star is one too many for that kind of service. Shameful and disappointing experience.

26/07/2026: Highly recommended. A reservation is not absolutely necessary, but very helpful, especially for dinner with several people.

21/07/2026: Visited the restaurant in Monday afternoon was very busy, even the place was almost full the service was fast. Had Blue cheese Burguer and fried chips, the Burguer was tasty and yummy. It’s expensive but worth a visit…

27/07/2026: We've been here several times before, it was always good... Today, one of our beers was taken from our table because the people behind the bar couldn't manage... Very disappointing, we won't be visiting this place again...

26/07/2026: Completely shocked by the filthy rude and arrogant owner. Never experienced anything like this or been treated so rudely before. The waiters are nice with the owner ruining it for everyone. We ate and drank for many hours, 7 people, but were told by the owner that we could just find another place to be because we asked for a couple of blankets late at night… Stop it. We won't be back..

13/05/2026: A cozy club we discovered during the Baltica Festival. Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, outdoor seating on a side street, good selection of drinks, reasonable prices.

07/10/2025: Great food and service. The Storm Stjerneskud and Fish & Chips are unforgettable. Great atmosphere. If you happen to be in Aabenraa, you have to go and try them!

03/08/2026: The food was very good, the fries were excellent and the veggie burger was also very good. We were surprised that only foreign tourists, including ourselves, had to pay in advance; it's a shame and rather discriminatory 😕

06/05/2026: There were 2 of us. We sat outside with the most beautiful view and were going to drink a glass of champagne before we had dinner. The waiter came out with 2 glasses of champagne. I thought he was going to pour it for us. The explanation was that he had to measure it so that we got the right amount. Too little or a little too much wouldn't have made a difference! The water also came in a white wine bottle with a label? Fine with recycling - but then I think the bottle should be without a label. The champagne and the view were perfect, but I think the other thing was a bit "strange". Maybe it's us who aren't used to coming to a wine bar. 😀

01/07/2026: Good service, polite and friendly. Food was good quality. I couldn't understand why not higher rating for this cafe. This is Denmark so I won't complain about price 😉 we enjoyed our brunch.

29/06/2026: Café Vivaldi in Fredericia is definitely NOT recommended. The pizza you get served, yes you might as well go online and buy a frozen pizza, tasted exactly like a cheap frozen pizza. The nachos were so boring and also tasted of the cheap nacho chips, and actually just didn't taste very good. The place is cozy and the service is good but the food needs to be improved if you want to come and eat there again.

04/08/2026: If you like Danish, classic inn food, then this is the place for you! Really cozy place with a very nice staff. The food was also really good, and the portions were big. Furthermore, the prices are really good, and water is free. Super nice place to visit if you are on Thurø.
