30/03/2025: If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a chicken sandwich that smelled like salmon because he didn't wash his hands when he cooked my food. Additionally I ask for two drinks where he refers to bottle instead of can which should be cheaper? Two bottles of cola for DKK 70!!! Absolutely absurd. Don't come over here, bad food and bad hygiene.

23/01/2025: Driest pizzas ever. Too little filling and too long in the oven. When I called and politely complained about this, the owner would not even hear of anything wrong with the pizzas. He had done exactly as he usually did. We have had excellent pizzas from there before and these here were definitely not what they used to be. But I was totally rejected. Not thinking of buying pizza there again.

12/03/2025: They have a perfect handle on packages, have been there several times and they do a fantastic job, the only bad thing is that it stinks of smoke in there...

05/02/2025: Picked up package today. The shop reeks of cigarette smoke. And food is also sold here. Where is the food inspection?

18/05/2025: At Emmerys the price is fresh and top notch. Unfortunately their wieners are dry on Sunday mornings. The service is.... Ask for a long wiener to be wrapped so it can be transported and it will be thrown into a simple bag. You can then struggle to make it fit into a paper bag with a handle and completely different size and shape.

14/03/2025: We got take away and it's always five-star and this time we had some special requests for some of the dishes, no problems. Super nice staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

18/02/2025: The staff seemed to not care much: The tables were not cleaned after guests left, so we were sitting amongst tables full of leftovers during our whole stay, despite only two tables having guests (us included). We ordered two dishes. One was good and tasty, but the soup we ordered was lacking rice (the menu said it included rice). The soup was also way too sweet, yet edible. I don't think we will come back.

03/04/2025: Got a home-made pita bread mix with almost no meat in it, even though you pay for both chicken and kebab. A little salad and a measly piece of tomato and 2 small pieces of onion... the bread was nowhere near being home made but just bought an expensive brand of pita bread. The bread split all the way while eating and that just shows how poor quality it is

06/05/2025: Never met anyone so stingy. Me and my friend had BOTH bought something in the store. Not even an hour later we are accused of not having bought anything. Although you can clearly see two bags from the layer cake house on the table. Her reasoning was that none of the employees had seen us buy anything. Which is not particularly shocking since the employees who served us were no longer on duty. There was clearly an allusion that we should either buy something or leave the store. This is disappointing customer service.

06/05/2025: My friend and I had gone down to Lagkagehuset to make a delivery, and we both bought something from the shop. However, an hour later, an angry and negative employee came, accusing us of being in the cafe without having bought anything. We tell her the situation (and there were 2 Lagkagehuset bags on the table) but we just get a sour and irritable explanation back that none of the employees had seen BOTH of us buy anything. Although you could clearly see 2 bags from Lagkagehuset on the table. There was half an hour until closing time, and I think it's fair if you want to get the guests out of the store before closing time. However, this could have been done in so many other better ways. We had a great time, but left with a depressed mood.

21/01/2025: Their machines don't work after a few months and they don't come out and service it as it says they have to on the contract never make an agreement with the company! They cheat their customers and do not honor their agreements

02/04/2025: I was hungry and ordered a Pizza Hawaii, delivered for a fee ....The pizza came as agreed, and well...excellent, but not top quality

22/02/2025: Kebab roll without dressing and boring salad (not fresh) and the bread was not baked..so really boring. Their pizzas are tasteless and made from the absolute cheapest ingredients..almost inedible! Delivery went wrong for us so the food was cold..never again.

20/10/2024: Lunch buffet for a company for NOK 150 per person. is an ok price. But it was the tastiest thing that was served. The selection was sparse and everything from the potato salad to the curry herring and the meatball was poured out of the box bought in 365 or equivalent. The cheap rye bread was dry, the roast pork was dry and even the fish fillet was dry (I don't understand how you manage to do that via the deep fryer?). I completely agree that at Bakken, one should perhaps not expect great gastronomic experiences and not even for NOK 150, but it was a miserable meal!

03/08/2024: We ate at Elverdybet D 2/8-24. We ordered roast pork with potatoes, homemade red cabbage sauce and cucumber salad. The roast was cold, the sauce was lukewarm, the potatoes were warm. It tasted fine, but we both had bad stomachs today. So we dare not eat there again.
