20/10/2024: Literally, at Ordrup's Pizza's cozy location - despite the fact that it was not possible to enjoy a glass of wine with it, since they don't own a licence to offer wines with the food - I enjoyed one of the best pizzas in my life there! The dough was perfect in thickness and crunchyness, and the topping with different ingredients just phenomenal! Absolute recommendation, also for eating there, in case that you're not more than a handful of people ;-)

24/08/2024: Too salty, hardly edible, bad service. Never again.

09/11/2024: I was out for a walk here in the evening of 9 November approx. 5-10 minutes before they closed. Before I could even ask if they were open, I was greeted by an employee with a very strange behavior. Passive-aggressively and "doorman-like", he blocked the entrance at the top of the stairs and looked at me angrily, then said "We have closed. We have closed.” and waved me on and away. Both provocative and uncomfortable. I've eaten there once or twice before - they weren't particularly welcoming or nice to us there either. Or good food. Definitely cannot recommend this place

31/08/2024: We tried gourmet sandwiches and it was a sloppy round. If preserved, it slipped down, but it tasted basically of nothing and several of the promised ingredients (pesto and panchetta) were not to be found in our sandwich. For DKK 80, more is needed.

02/11/2024: I burned my costumer experience and tongue Dear, Emmerys Me and my boyfriend love to spend time in your coffee shop. The most enjoyable morning we are having with a cup of coffee and tasty pastries 🥐 During the week service are very nice and pleasant, but every time when we are deciding to visit emmerys in the weekends, it seems like staff are very busy or have a lack of professionalism to make costumer experience be more enjoyable. Today like every weekend we had amazing mood for a morning coffee, but barista have decided differently, when I asked him is it my matcha contains milk, he said I have to mix my “drink” with a stick, but from the name of big lovers of matcha I would say consistency was like a water and had no foam. If I would like to have a matcha like that I can just steam water with powder and voila expensive “matcha latte” are ready to burn your mouth. It is millions videos how to steam foam for the coffee and latte on YouTube FYI. Me and my boyfriend had to leave without latte and matcha, in a certain degree of disappointment and I burned my mouth. No one from staff even haven’t asked about our experience and why we are leaving 2 cups of coffee on the window for orders. We definitely understand that weekends the most busiest time, but also was expecting for a good service

07/09/2024: I simply had to leave Emmerys in Charlottenlund 😄 the service is completely miserable and they couldn't care less about their customers.

23/06/2024: The 3 pizzas I bought didn't have enough, so the base was completely soft. Very annoying when I had brought them so that we could sit by the water and eat them. So it was a very bad experience, I think it will be the last time I come there.

10/05/2024: An outstanding place. Especially if you have children, as they have the opportunity to play. However, not as good as some of the other restaurants.

06/10/2024: All soup Tom Yum. 2 shrimps , tons of champiñones mushrooms and paste spicy water. And nothing else. This is not a soup as it should be, especially not for 69kr. Even though I live close to the shop, didn't even feel like going there to share my dissatisfaction and disappointment.

06/03/2024: This place is overpriced for what you get. I had very dry chocolate cake plus coffee that was watery espresso ( looks like water in a machine was not heated enough) plus cold milk that was not or barley steamed. They took 80kr for that. Then they wanted to convince me that coffee is good but they stopped talking after I said I was barista. So I know coffee. 🤗 Highly do not recommend this place if you want to get a good coffee for this price. I felt robbed. The art inside is beautiful, that's all. Use it as art gallery.

15/02/2024: I recently went to Kunstcafeen Gentofte to use the deal we had bought to celebrate my friend's birthday and we were looking forward to luxury pizza and optional cake/ tiramisu but when we arrive after a long journey we are informed that unfortunately they only have caneleoni and lasagna and carrot cake... furthermore, it wasn't a meal as you were only served 2 small tubes of pasta and the carrot cake was dry and you couldn't choose anything else... I feel really trapped and wish I had been contacted by email with the changes so I could have canceled I have booked a table so they have my email address... there were 2 other groups of guests with Sweetdeal at the same time as us and they were definitely not satisfied this deal was in no way worth the money Sincerely.
