13/09/2024: I visited Joe and the Juice in Gentofte with my friend today, and the experience was unfortunately far from satisfactory. When we had to order, there were two girls at the till. One took our order in a very strange way, as if she didn't quite understand what we were saying. It felt like an odd and slightly awkward interaction. When we got our order it was served in a really sloppy way as if it was something we got for free. It seemed disrespectful and unprofessional. The worst happened later, however, when a woman came out crying from the toilet, clearly in distress. We ran over to help her, but the staff instead chose to laugh out loud and ignore the situation. When we asked them to call an ambulance, they seemed more interested in their own conversation than in helping the woman, who was clearly in very bad shape. This experience was both shocking and disappointing. It is completely unacceptable that staff can behave so disrespectfully and unprofessionally when a customer is in need. I will never go back to Joe and the Juice again after this experience. It is simply too bad that employees can laugh while a customer is crying and needs help.

04/07/2024: The service part is self-service style so the logic goes that if customers clean up their tables etc the labor cost of IKEA goes down and in turn IKEA prices of goods don't go too high. It possibly works👍🏼 well. But if tourists don't clean up then this system may not be ideal.

27/05/2024: Hello, there is not much to say about Ikea Restaurant. We think it's good food for the price and a good way when you just have to go out and pick up what the wife thinks we just need..lol..so we usually eat there when we're past Ikea..

20/11/2023: I wasn't expecting much anyway but burger was kinda good. We also got a poke bowl but rice inside was dry, it probably waited quite some time. Service on the other hand was not good for me, they forgot my order so I had to remind them 20 mins later to finally get my food.

13/11/2023: For a museum type setting, the food was quite good. Unfortunately, ours was cold when served after a long wait and very expensive. The kids lunchbox is great value and the contents are well balanced.
