06/03/2025: I have never experienced a more lazy staff. No smiles and seemed mostly like they had been forced to serve customers. To order 3 general menus and a children's menu where, according to the employee, you could ONLY get soft drinks, it took almost 10 minutes to order 😳 a dessert that is flatter than a pancake and then the ice cream was also forgotten on top. Maybe they should have a course in customer service or there should be a replacement of staff because now hold up a dull game

08/02/2025: Paid 140DKK for two small (very small) glasses of wine. Wine was off. Poured from the bottom of a bottle that tasted like it had been open days before.

25/12/2024: Damn it, the whole store was full of flies, they were sitting and flying everywhere, we're talking 1000s of the little critters and the clerk just pretended it was nothing, how is that even possible?

19/12/2024: The only restaurant in the whole city where I couldn't get a glass of water. When I asked for it, my communication was chopped off with a very rude "No." Why someone chooses a job where he has to work with people when he actually hates people? 🤷 I will never understand this ...

01/02/2025: Me and my husband were there for a dinner and we got a pad se ew and phad thai , both was bad, but really bad, smell for the food was awfull,we can not even eat and we ask for the money back and they said can not return us money! The server Saw we don t even touch the food and also did not ask us if the food is ok, or if something is wrong. At least they could say we can return half of money!

12/03/2025: I've come here a lot and the food and staff are always nice but unfortunately the basement bar lakes the whole restaurant smell like ciggies which is not an atmosphere I can eat in.
18/02/2025: Super delicious sushi, at a really good price. Polite service and super nicely presented food. Definitely worth a visit.

23/03/2025: Lovely and tasty 2 course menu with potatoes and sauce ad libitum, at a great price for 2. Nice service and good atmosphere, delicious salad bar, and now with new potato dishes.
05/03/2025: After 7 years I came again and hoped it had improved... but the opposite. Salad bar was old, congealed mozzarella, dried out pasta and vegetables.. everything should have been thrown out several days ago. When I mention it to waiters. Does he ask if it's rotten?🤣 well, I don't know what to say.. dry meat and mysterious sauce. Never going there again.. spend your money elsewhere…

21/10/2024: Today at 10 o'clock I visited the Lagkagehuset in Hillerød. I ordered an iced latte on oat milk. I saw the clerk with the red hair using regular milk. I asked her when she gave me the coffee as I am lactose intolerant. She claimed it was oat milk. I tasted the coffee and could tell that it was not oat milk. I had to throw out my coffee. Waste of DKK 52 and poor service.
15/09/2024: Their bakery products were so yummy. However, I wouldn't say the same for coffee. It was barely okay.
Still, it was sure to be lovely to find such a nice bakery in the countryside.
Also, its location next to the train eliminates the need to find a good place to have breakfast.

Pizza was reasonable.
Difficult to communicate.
27/12/2024: Maden var absolut ikke svarende til prisen, kødet havde en mærkelig bismag, og der var mangel på grønt, som fremgår af menukort.

28/01/2025: The food my girlfriend and I had a few days ago was top notch. The wrap was heated in a panini grill, where so many others heat in an oven. Service was nothing to complain about, they were welcoming and smiling
12/12/2024: Irresistible experience
I ordered two pita breads, I thought it would be fine, but my boyfriend and I saw that they put kebabs from a box into the microwave. 5 minutes later I had the worst food experience in a long time, all the greens in the pita bread tasted dead, there was not a single fresh ingredient in it, their kebab tasted like hell, and overall it was pretty much an inferior experience. I'd rather starve. I will never buy anything from that place again.

05/02/2025: I always buy as take-away, so I don't know the atmosphere and service at the place. But the sushi is always good and fresh, and the price is probably the lowest in all of North Zealand.

14/01/2025: Dette sted reklamerer med at man får 12% rabat hvis man bestiller via deres QR kode, jeg har en udenlandsk telefon og kunne jeg ikke få internettet til at fungere, hvorefter tjeneren siger, at så må jeg bare betale fuld pris. Jeg forsøgte flere gange og til sidst lykkedes det, men det tog lang tid. Hvor må sådan noget her være utilfredsstillende for jeres ældre gæster, som måske slet ikke har en smartphone, eller kan finde ud af at bruge en QR code. Det er uhørt dårlig service.
28/11/2024: My healthy old mother and her friend were in the other day where they ordered fish fillets. She said it was so sad that she will never come back to this establishment.
The fish was mostly breading and tasted really boring. She was nice and said the salad was now ok. Of course, she is far too nice to say anything negative about something like this - but then I have to step in and make my point. Poor mother..
