De bedste restauranter i Hillerød

05/03/2025: I had heard a bit about Strøg Kebab in Hillerød and decided to give the place a try, but unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience. All I can say is that it was a bad choice and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all, the place itself was incredibly small, almost claustrophobic. There wasn't really room to sit or move around and it made it hard to have a good experience just by being there. It felt more like a small kiosk trying to squeeze everything into a very tight space and that set the tone for the rest of the experience. But what really disappointed me was the way they prepared the food. I immediately noticed that they used the same spoon for everything. They used the same spoon for lettuce, onion, tomato and other ingredients. It seems incredibly unhygienic and is something you absolutely do not expect to find in a restaurant. How can you be sure there is no cross-contamination between the ingredients? I can only imagine it's a common practice for them, but for me it was a huge turn-off. When it comes to the taste and quality of the kebab, I was really disappointed. The quality of the meat was not top notch and it was not properly cut at all. Instead of being cut into small, light pieces that you could eat with a fork and knife, I got a big, long, thick strip of meat. It felt like eating spaghetti as it was so hard to cut and chew through. It was not appetizing in any way and made the whole thing an unpleasant dining experience. All in all, I am very disappointed with Strøg Kebab. The place has potential, but in its current form it simply does not live up to what you expect from a kebab place. I hope they take the criticism to heart and improve both the hygiene and the quality of the food. Until then I won't be going back and can't recommend it to anyone.

08/02/2025: Paid 140DKK for two small (very small) glasses of wine. Wine was off. Poured from the bottom of a bottle that tasted like it had been open days before.

26/05/2025: Good service, good food. Very clean place, both in the kitchen and the seating areas. You can sit inside and outside. Great location when you need to grab some food on the go. Five stars from here 👌

22/05/2025: we went to blue monday here at adventure park. it was very boring and disappointing, and the instructor called me a snail, and when we lost in human table football (one of the activities), I got annoyed and then he made fun of me for being insulted by a girl

07/06/2025: It took 90min for the food to be ready and it wasn't very good ☹️ There were only 10 customers in total so it wasn't because it was busy.

07/06/2025: Pista, pasta, smoothy and beer were very tasty 🤤 One of the best we have ever tasted in Denmark for 1,5 years. And portions were really big!!! Good service! Only nice impressions! Thank you 🤗

26/07/2025: Really delicious food we got from there. We got 3 different pizzas. It tasted as it should. The pizza bases were not too thick and the filling as it should be. Neither too little nor too much. The food was ready quickly, despite many customers, due to other places in the city within the same genre being closed for the holiday. If I have to give a thought, it was my Greek salad, which tasted really good with sour cream dressing, but I missed it even more Alla Greek salad like in Greece, with. But it tasted good. So definitely not negative criticism. 😊thank you for the lovely fresh food.

26/03/2025: I recently visited you sushi and it was a fantastic experience. The fish was fresh, perfectly cut and flavourful. The menu offered both classic nigiri and maki as well as exciting fusion dishes. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with stylish decor, and the service was fast and friendly. The prices were surprisingly cheap, especially considering the high quality. Everything was simply perfect – an experience that can be highly recommended! We had a super sweet waiter.

18/08/2025: Worst pad thai i have ever had. Some old carrots,celery was too rotten still served and spring onions, I had the worst chewy beff. Big chunks very old frozen beef for sure. I was too hungry not to eat even after that i was barely able to finish half of the plate.

23/07/2025: This is seriously the worst Thai food we have ever tasted. The chicken skewers were just pure rubber. I have had frozen skewers that were better. The green curry tasted only of coconut milk and a bit of a strong flavor, but the green curry flavor itself was non-existent. The rice was just a big lump and yet undercooked. And finally… the worst pad Thai dish ever… absolutely no flavor. Minus the flavor. Extremely thirsty.. it was like they forgot the “sauce” that pad thai is made in… ow ow ow

05/08/2025: We went in because it looked cozy and child-friendly, but definitely the last time I'll set foot there. First we got the food before we got drinks, in addition we got 3 different dishes: children's pasta - club sandwich and burger.. The pasta was hard and the tomato sauce had no taste. The burger was overcooked and dry.. And I've never had such a bad club sandwich.. a boring piece of toasted bread, dry chicken with curry sauce and a small leaf of salad + overcooked hard fries.. It's been a long time since I've had such bad food!

15/05/2025: Var der den 15 maj 2025 kl. 12.00 til frokost..... Kokken har 100 procent med vilje saboteret maden... Synes helt ærligt at det er lidt synd for ejerene af restauranten

15/08/2025: I love their cafe latte, but this particular Espresso House is open in the center's walkway area. I'm not so crazy about that.

31/08/2025: The food was absolutely fantastic, fresh, tasty and really well prepared. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

12/08/2025: Food is 10/10. Everytime we go here for lunch the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Couldn't recommend enough.

05/08/2025: Bad experience! Been there twice, and both times I have vomited several times There is also not a very large selection of sushi itself I do not recommend it.!
