20/07/2025: Great selection and OK prices on the most common things, but you have to be careful with niche products. They're making a splash there! The products are generally in good condition, and therefore maybe worth a couple of bucks more than the discount competitor around the corner. The plant selection is changed often (according to season), which is nice. There's a coffee shop inside, of good quality. It's a good respite. Excellent aquarium department too, as well as a nice selection of smaller pets (rodents) and accessories.

08/06/2025: Plantorama in Hillerød is a great destination for plant lovers and gardening enthusiasts. The variety of plants and gardening supplies is impressive, catering to all your green thumb needs. However, the cleanliness could be improved, as some areas felt a bit untidy. On the bright side, the Espresso House within Plantorama is a delightful spot, always bustling with people. The coffee is excellent, and the lively atmosphere makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a break from shopping. Despite the need for better cleanliness, Plantorama remains a popular and enjoyable place to visit in Hillerød.

29/06/2025: Clearly the best fast food in Denmark. The restaurant is boring, the acoustics are bad and it is always too cold to sit.

26/06/2025: Very slow service. In addition, the drive-in is incredibly poorly designed. If you only keep 2 cars in line after the one who orders, they stop and block the parked cars so that they cannot get out.

12/02/2025: This place was recommended by a friend who praised their delicious balkan cevapi and pljeskavica. I was a little skeptical at first, but after tasting their dishes, I can say that I am very pleasantly surprised by the taste. It is actually the closest to the authentic Balkan taste I have tried in Denmark. The bread is served in the traditional way, fried on the pan with oil and lots of onions, true Balkan style. 😁 The service is excellent with a very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come again. 5 star from here ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

01/07/2025: Wow! Chef Ugur was put on this planet to make pizza, and I count myself very lucky to have found this place. The staff is so friendly, the vibes are relaxing, but beyond it all is the quality of the pizza. Fresh ingredients on a perfectly cooked dough combine to deliver a flavor that I never want to forget. It’s also within comfortable walking distance to Fredoriksborg Castle and the accompanying gardens. This place, and this pizza, is worth traveling for.

28/06/2025: I had the lasagna and my husband got the normal pepperoni pizza. The lasagna is nice but it was quite salty so I couldn't enjoy it as much. The pizza is the best out of the ones we've tasted so far in Denmark.

22/06/2025: Nice location and view of the castle. Unfortunately the food generally didn't taste like anything - was generally very underseasoned. The steak was cooked through even though I ordered medium rare, the shooting star was dry - probably had more breading than fish. The bread underneath could use butter. The soda we got had no fizz. But nice and friendly service.

07/07/2025: ⭐️ Short waiting time and high service ⭐️ Reasonable prices ⭐️ Cleaning (toilet) top ⭐️ Location in a traffic junction to the road and by car close to Hillerød city center. For the last star, the following must be noted: Our dessert (brown lava cake) was not baked enough this time. Our fries were not crispy as usual. Probably requires a car but there may be public transportation that I did not see.

03/07/2025: Nothing spells the “love of beer” like a macro lager in a dirty glass, right? Add a few bucks to upgrade your edamame to spicy … meaning a few spurts of sriracha and some sesame seed sprinkles accompanied by a lemon shard that has been working overtime this week. Yet this is a brilliant place! From a taste point of view I have zero complaints. Great food. Fish looks, smells and tastes fresh. Arrangement on the plate is nice. Place is buzzing. Pick-ups are a-plenty. Service is Bruce Lee quick and to the point. They offer Asahi, Sapporo, Iki and Kirin on bottle, which in itself is way beyond most Izakays or Sushi bars in the Nordics. Honestly my first (and mandatory) stop next time in this neck of the woods. One piece of advice though, ditch the Lucky Buddha. What a horrible excuse for a beer.

18/06/2025: We got the 7 dish serving. It was beautifully prepared, but next time I will order the 5 dish serving. 7 dishes are too much. I also ordered a magnificent orange juice.

17/05/2025: very tasty) the pizza is super. We came on an excursion and this is the first place, closer to the castle, where we decided to eat. We took 4 different pizzas and they turned out to be mega delicious)) on the second day we came to try shawarma. I definitely recommend it. ❤️

04/07/2025: A little gem! We discovered this place by chance, as it was the closest open place to our location. It is a small sandwich stand, with a basic and unpretentious appearance, but the food served is excellent, very tasty, tasty, balanced and of great quality. They mainly serve sandwiches, fried foods, hot dogs and the like, only non-alcoholic drinks. We tried their fried fish with chips, not greasy, digestible and with a very generous portion. It was one of the best meals of the trip, not to mention the fantastic value for money: if you are in the area, I highly recommend it.

07/07/2025: Ok. The food was a bit cold, very noisy and stressful techno music in the background. Otherwise ok place. Nice with play area for the kids. But the chili cheese tops and nuggets were completely cold and hard unfortunately
