A long way from original Italian pizzas. Standard ingredients like most other mediocre pizzerias.

08/07/2025: Got a mediocre sandwich with cold cuts and toast bread straight from the supermarket. The lemonade was really good after the ice cubes had cooled it down. Until then it was lukewarm and boring.
There is a nice view from the windows over the castle lake, it's just a shame that the tables are placed in such a way that you can't enjoy it.
06/07/2025: My boyfriend had a burger with beef tenderloin that was cooked perfectly and bearnaise sauce that flowed all over
I had pasta with shrimp and cream sauce. There was a layer of cream on both the shrimp and the pasta, so it was soggy and inedible....
Don't praise it!

30/04/2025: The best pizzeria in town, you don't get any closer to an authentic Italian dining experience in Hillerød.
The most wonderful owner, who always welcomes you with a smile and a good mood.
Prices that are better than almost all pizzerias in North Zealand, with better food. It doesn't get better than La Pizzeria Rozmarino.

01/06/2025: The location is great, there are restaurants nearby and it is also by the lake. Buy a scoop of ice cream, walk along the lake back to the castle, and enjoy the scenery while eating. In terms of taste, I didn't find anything special. However, having an ice cream after lunch is a perfect ending.
31/05/2025: Excellent ice cream parlor with homemade waffles and premium ice cream. Beautifully located right by the lake.

11/07/2025: Really delicious sushi! Fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation and fantastic taste. Every bite was a pleasure – both for the eyes and the taste buds. Highly recommended!
27/06/2025: Unfortunately, this is probably the last time we come here. It has become nice, but finding hair in the food and being told that it is your own, it is too far out 🤬 also being told that you have to pay for a huge coke that you did not order… quite frankly too far out.
Usually come there once or twice a month but now it is bye bye and looking for something new and better.

03/06/2025: Saturday 31/5 at 6:30 I went there to buy 2 breakfast breads for my work because people were talking so well about that bakery. I asked for 1 pumpkin bread and 1 spelt bread. I then discovered at 11 o'clock, when we were going to eat, that she had checked in 2 pumpkin breads and given me 2 spelt breads 🙃. It was quite sour and boring to have to eat one type of bread, which was not the intention.
07/02/2025: Never had better Mardi Gras buns.

17/07/2025: This place is actually pretty nice. There's generally not a lot of people, service is good, it's quiet and it's possible to sit outside.
13/05/2025: Very disappointed, cold pork roast in hot balls, at 19:12 the only thing you could choose, sausages and pork roast sandwich, they could have said the pork roast was ice cold!!! Probably never coming back
Will under no circumstances recommend anyone to eat food from the grill before Bauhause Hillerød

26/07/2025: A restaurant where the experience only slightly surpasses McDonald's.
22/07/2025: 4 people. 3 ribs and 1 spare ribs.
The worst spare ribs I've ever seen. I think it was reheated for the 3rd time. I've never seen a piece of meat so dry. 2/3 is back when they pick it up and we say it's inedible, they'll pass that on to the chef. Furthermore, we get fries, even though we ordered mashed potatoes, which are replaced. When paying, I mention our problem and he offers us 100 kr off the bill.

14/07/2025: Its an excellent kebab place, no idea about their pizzas.
Cheapest I could find along the main streets, and great value (quality+quantity/cost) for Danish standards.
They make the dough for pizzas and pita by hand (a nice plus).
The pita kebab/falafel are excellent, the turkisk brod was good but had cheap bread, and we only tried the chili kebab pepperoni pizza, which was too oily (wouldn't recommend).
29/06/2025: Ordered two pizzas via their website, got confirmation that they would be ready to pick up in 25 minutes. When I got there after 30 minutes, they hadn't even started on them and on top of that they demanded cash upfront payment. Very bad.

08/02/2025: Paid 140DKK for two small (very small) glasses of wine. Wine was off. Poured from the bottom of a bottle that tasted like it had been open days before.
