15/12/2025: Simply amazing pasta and pizza but no talent for steak. With a healthy appetite my brother and I both ordered the Pasta al Ragù as primi. I was then tempted to diverge from earlier visits and try the most expensive item on the menu: Bistecca ai ferri, and with it some Patate al forno. I also found a red wine to pair it with. For dessert we finished off with Gelato alla vaniglia. The Pasta was great, a good sized dish, the just right temperature for the parmigiano to have maximum effect together with the ragout. The diced potatoes fried in rosemary and garlic oil were excellent as well and set up the pitfalls that was the main course. The grilled robeye was ordered medium rare and both looked and smelled delicious, to my supreme disappointment however it was simply tasteless in the most literal use of the word. It was boring and instantly overpowered by both wine and potato meant to compliment its flavour. Still hungry I made my disappointment clear to the waiter and made an unfortunate mistake as due to the time it took to get a waiter I did not ask for the menu, I simply ordered a pizza that I remembered: The Diavola. This truly wonderful pizza did of course completely clash with the red wine and as such further impacted the experience. It did however arrive swiftly which I commend them for. Lastly the ice cream a perfectly sweet solace from the slightly soured experience. It should be noted that we still paid full price for the ribeye. Despite this I would gladly dine here again, as I have before, the atmosphere is delightful and the other dishes are truly masterfully made, which is why the quality of steak was such a shock to me.

I recently brought a group of Danish colleagues here; they arrived with the typical skepticism of those who think they’ve tried it all, but after just one bite, they pledged their undying loyalty. That is the power of pizza that speaks its own delicious language. The base achieves that elusive alchemy: thin enough to be crisp and structurally sound, yet pliable and light. The cornicione (the crust) is a study in contrast—airy and cloud-like within, blistered and wonderfully crunchy on the exterior, bearing the hallmark of a masterfully hot oven. The toppings are applied with an abundantly generous hand, ensuring that from the first bite to the last, every mouthful is a complete, harmonious experience. It is a pizza that demands to be eaten in person, fresh from the source, to be truly understood. Simply put, perfection 🥰

13/06/2026: We arrive 2 hours before we are supposed to be in the revue. We get a table at the entrance and drinks right away. We ask for food several times and another waiter also notices that we are not getting any food. After 1 hour and 14 minutes our dish comes and there is a lot of food. It is also the wrong dish but I reach for a fish fillet without bread before it is removed. There is just no other one coming in and now the time is up. We can't eat before the revue. The disappointment was great.

15/07/2026: I ordered 3 pizzas, I have tried otto before in the city and it's always good, however this time in lynby one of the pizzas was not crunchy but burned as you can see in the picture and the other was lacking topping. Quite sad considering they are in the expensive side.

01/07/2026: Fantastic to have a wedding at Kongekilden. We held our reception, dinner and party at Kongekilden from 16-03. Everything worked out, Sophie was great to coordinate with and we had the whole place to ourselves. It was good service on the evening and absolutely stunning beautiful surroundings. Their new orangery was so beautiful and made the experience even better. 5 stars from here. Fantastic day we will remember forever.

28/05/2026: Good service and lovely food that has been fussy about. The place is definitely recommended. Unfortunately it can't be 5 stars, as the fries I got were mostly reminiscent of homemade oven-baked potatoes, which were all grainy and not crispy at all. My oysters natural also lacked a bit of chili or something.

When our turn which we want to order soft ice-cream, we have to wait for 18 mins in cashier ? I can see many people can’t wait to they gone. I hope they really improve their service. 18/05/2026: I've ordered food delivery before and was very pleased with the way it was prepared and packaged. This time, we decided to eat in the restaurant, as we were visiting Lyngby. The service and food were excellent, but the cleanliness of the guest area remained questionable: the floors throughout the dining room were so dirty that a trail of someone's footprints remained. The sink and faucet in the restroom hadn't been descaled in a while, but the restroom itself was clean.

14/04/2026: Delicious Thai food, although the portions have become smaller and a little more expensive the last time we were there. 4 different Thai beers, which are very similar to each other at 39 kr. Many types of soda. 2 rather high steps that wheelchair users can climb backwards with help from the staff, and a smaller step inside the restaurant itself. Usually not many people eat there, the vast majority (constant flow of customers) use take away and partly food delivery.
