29/05/2025: Nice restaurant. However, we think the food was tasteless (butter chicken), not spicy. The prices are expensive in relation to the positions and taste experience. We sat at the bar, where a loud take away sound rang from the tablet every 5 minutes. We had ordered medium and mild, but both dishes were nothing like that.

06/03/2025: I stopped by on Tuesday and made a comment about chess that the bartender didn't like. He then kicked me out on the grounds that I smelled bad. I was wearing expensive deodorant and I smelled like my clothes and body and nothing about me smelled bad. I'm assuming the bartender didn't want the truth about the bartender's chess skills lol. I am a world class player myself and he was clearly jealous and childish. I had overheard him bragging about chess to the guests in the bar. Enough for a hat. 1.e4. Your move

30/11/2024: It's been a long time since I've had such a bad burger, completely dry and the bun was almost like dough. There were 5 of us as ordered, 2 got the wrong burgers. 1 was lactose intolerant and had cheese on his burger.
The food was supposed to be ready at 7pm, but didn't get it until 7.30pm.. very disappointing experience
22/10/2024: Best roast pork sandwich I've tried in a long time, better than the one from Slagter Lund. And then it's meat with animal welfare at the fore, which is a rarity for a barbecue bar, even at the same price as it costs to get your fill of the Mac.

05/01/2025: Expensive and boring coffee that mostly tastes like a bad Nespresso. DKK 44 for a small Americano is completely absurd.
22/11/2024: Nice place but not very clean and neat. Too many empty used cups in empty tables.
Update a year later: the place seems a bit cleaner now but wifi has not been working for more than 2 months now and they do not fix it.

19/05/2025: normally it is good. But sometimes you get a bowl with pasta soaked into greasy oil. it is really bad when you get a portion like this. so disgusting and unhealthy. Help they can control the quality a bit better.
15/03/2025: The prices look low and the portions are large. But in relation to the quality, it is not even value for money.
Go to the net, empty the freezer and pour a cheap bought dressing over it - then you will have approximately the same result.

22/09/2024: Extremely long wait - 1 hour and 5 minutes to get a main course. The ribs I ate were heated so long in the oven that they were thoroughly dry and tough. The mainly young serving staff had to face the brunt of the chaos in the kitchen. Several guests chose to leave before they had had another dish, in order to reach the performance which was the real reason why the restaurant was open outside of the usual way. Bad style! There will never be another!
18/08/2024: Cozy place with super delicious food, a skilled chef and fantastic service. Regardless of whether it is extremely busy or one of the quiet days, they always take the time to make sure everything is in order and that the atmosphere is good. We look forward to the next visit.

14/04/2025: Worst Service..my mom and I bought drinks and sit outside...some other guests drank soda. Which was brought along ... which of course is not ok. But it wasn't ours, we got an incredibly flabby answer when I said it wasn't ours. She rolled her eyes, went into the bar and swindled us to a collage and threw our drinks out when we went to the toilet. Buy your drinks at the other good stalls on the hill...if you want a nice evening...it was ruined..always really liked the place...I don't know what happened to the staff or if the lady just had a bad day...we won't set foot there again...it was simply too unpleasant an experience...

22/05/2025: Jeg tror ejer er lullet lidt i søvn. Dejlig placering i Bondebyen. Alt er for dyrt, man får ikke meget for pengene, samme udvalg hele tiden. Op i omdrejninger
18/05/2025: We waited half an hour today for three sandwiches, even though it wasn't busy. And in that half hour they couldn't even figure out how to heat the chicken in the sandwich, meaning it was completely cold (which I know from my last visit that it shouldn't be). Some of the other guests we chatted with briefly while we were waiting had waited 45 minutes for their sandwiches.
Had to remind the staff about napkins and cutlery.
I don't think that's very good service. Last time I was there, there were just as many people in there, and it took them 10 minutes to make them.
