29/03/2025: Jeg vil gerne udtrykke min store utilfredshed med både deres service og betjening. Jeg har bemærket, at Lagkagehuset er under kritik, og det væreste er, at kundernes klager ikke ser ud til at blive taget alvorligt. I dag bestilte jeg 9 Muffins via jeres click and collect, men modtog dem pakket på en måde, der desværre var langt fra acceptabel. Jeg følte mig meget flov, da jeg skulle aflevere dem til en veninde. Jeg håber, at de vil tage min klage til efterretning og arbejde på at forbedre emballage og kundeservice, så andre ikke oplever det samme problem i fremtiden :-( .

08/02/2025: I had a cup of coffee with you on 7/2. A flat white, very thin. You only have paper cups, even if you stay on the spot. All the tables and chairs had crumbs and grease stains. The floor has not been washed for a long time, old coffee stains and along the panels there was thick dirt and dust. Boring atmosphere. Not a place to enjoy yourself. Annie

23/11/2024: Roast pork sandwiches are not roast pork, but roast ribs. Huge amount of fat that makes the sandwich hard to eat. The price is not worth the experience. Maybe if it was instead priced at DKK 70, and not 115

06/02/2025: Peter Beier in Lyngby still suffers from poor customer service. Likewise today, when I asked if I could get my several liters of ice cream in 1 liter boxes. I was rudely told back that I could, but then it was at the more expensive price for the smaller boxes (i.e. without a quantity discount). I don't understand how the price of a small flamingo box can be the starting point for bad customer service...

20/10/2024: The food was okay which was balanced towards a younger audience and that's a choice 😋 The atmosphere was a safe Tommy Seebach and he can actually get worn out 🙀 The experience was otherwise nice with good service 🤗 peace 🫶

23/08/2024: I had booked a table for 4 people for Friday 23/8-24. At 14. When we arrived it was closed, and they only opened at 16. But when I ordered a table online I could order until 14. And got an email that we had ordered. But our order was not in their orders.

04/03/2025: Food is decent, but you get 80% carbs, and 20% “real food”, along with the portion sizes being small. I dont think it is competetive with the wider market options.

27/11/2024: I dislike the food they offer since the rework. Before it used to be something different every day, now there are five places selling the same food every day or food that tastes the same. The quality of the food also doesn’t feel the same. It feels like they cook vegan first and if you ask one with meat they just put some meat on top that they cooked on the side. I would like it if there was more variety served on different days even within the same “brand”. And I’d like it if the food with meat was cooked as it’s own thing with care instead of feeling like an after thought .

26/08/2024: Maybe a little late but happened last summer: Cozy place but won't eat there again. The man who grilled sausages tasted the sausage I had ordered before he put it on my plate when I asked if it was with or without cheese. He did so by running his finger over it and then sucking on his finger. I was completely speechless so unfortunately didn't say anything when it happened.

28/08/2024: We were 4 people who wanted to have lunch on Friday 23/8-24. It looked good but it wasn't the lunch buffet we got, we only got the evening buffet. It wasn't any herring, liver pâté, meatballs, tartlets, just roast pork and some chicken wings. Cheese, salmon, and a lot of different salads.

17/08/2024: Virkelig sødt og imødekommende personale, og en fin pasta-og kartoffelsalat, men så går det egentlig ned af bakke herfra - hvis man kaster sig ud i deres buffet. Kødet var tørt og lakse det samme og osten var næsten uspiseligt. Også topper de “kage-bordet” med købt kage fra Netto (Dancake) - meget modigt men temmelig tamt at betale penge for!

01/09/2024: WARNING! I visited the restaurant yesterday, Saturday, August 31, 2024, and want to share my experience. We got there around 17:45, and after paying, we stood in line with our children. Even then we were surprised by how long the queue was. It took about 30 minutes to get food, as there was only one place to get it. When we finally got back to our table after waiting, we discovered that the lines for the food had gotten even longer - an hour's wait to get food from a buffet. Many other guests also expressed their frustration at the unreasonable wait time. The plates were small, which made it difficult to get enough space for food. Standing in line again was out of the question. Unfortunately, our experience led to us leaving the restaurant hungry and irritated. I strongly recommend that you consider improving your service. 17/09/2024: It's the worst thing I've experienced on the hill, the service consisted of a lady who tried to speak English, she couldn't understand we had ordered sheepishly and stated that we used Ældersagen. We wanted some dark beer, she didn't understand that and I could go on like that. The torilettes look like something that was a lie, it was so disgusting so we used Bakken's torilettes.

10/02/2025: My daughter and I ate crispy chicken with fries at your place yesterday. Now we are both sick with vomiting and diarrhoea. Since that was the only thing we ate at the center and the rest of the family is healthy, I'm pretty sure we got food poisoning from your food. I would therefore encourage you to pay extra attention to the quality of the food and the hygiene in the kitchen.

15/12/2024: Got approximately 15 fries and 3 small nuggets on a cardboard plate for 110 kroner. Stay away!
