De bedste restauranter i Lyngby-Taarbæk

19/05/2025: Semi-stale open sandwiches - the outer layer of remoulade on my fish was completely dark yellow - it had been sitting for many hours. When I buy a piece of open sandwiches for DKK 125,-, I expect it to be fresh.

04/07/2025: Hand sized pizza and a soda cost me 75kr. Not worth it.

04/06/2025: I got pizza 6 (salsiccia, mozzarella, tomat, frisk oregano, parmesan) and there was basically no tomato sauce and instead tons of mozzarella. This should have been a “red pizza”. It was very disappointing and the pizza was very heavy. As a suggestion: make a clear indication when a pizza is red (with tomato sauce) and when it’s a white pizza (with no tomato sauce and mozzarella as a base).

09/07/2025: Very very tasty cakes, which you can't find anywhere else. Thank you very much for the pleasure you brought. Life is so short. You need to take advantage of the opportunity to experience pleasure as often as possible. Excellent friendly and nice service. I wish you to keep it up and only success.

08/06/2025: I have been a customer of this place for 4 years and recently there have been rude behavior by the workers. The atmosphere and service are very poor at this place, given the very expensive cost to pay.

04/07/2025: Very bad service and very average food. I ordered a carbonara to go in the restaurant. The staff was careless and undercharged me, which I had to point out to him. It's not a big deal. And then, when I got home and opened it, I found it wasn't even the pasta I ordered. Since when do you call this a carbonara?

07/06/2025: Order 3 pizzas. It takes over an hour to get them delivered. The pizzas are soggy and you can tell that the hygiene is not up to par. On the other hand, a regular pizza with ham and cheese costs 110 kr. So a luxury quality pizza doesn't even cost that much. Asked for minus tomato, it wasn't complied with. So they don't give a shit about people's allergens. Worst pizza place - save your money and order from any other pizzaria. It literally can't get worse so no matter what you choose it will be better

02/06/2025: The food was ok, but the service was not ok. We are 6 people at the table and are served 5 glasses of wine. When serving, unfortunately the waiter drops 4 glasses of wine on me. Too bad for the waiter, of course it was an accident. 3 jackets and 1 shirt get wet. A new waiter will do absolutely nothing, as I think I can send the jacket cleaning to the restaurant. He will talk to your boss and get back, but nothing happens. He gets my number and wants to call, but nothing happens. Bad style. Left with 3 jackets that need to be cleaned. Super bad style of the restaurant. I will never come back. Bad service.

01/06/2025: Finally a place with good food on the buffet. It's a nice atmosphere. But unfortunately a lot of waiting time around 6 pm. But good and always plenty of food on the buffet. Highly recommended.

06/06/2025: Very rude. Came with a large group and even though the restaurant was completely empty we were thrown out to sit and eat in the cold. We are paying customers and the owner is extremely rude and not very understanding. The service is not much better, we don't get blankets and the heat lamps are turned off. I'm wet and freezing waiting for my food. Bought the burger and I swear I could hear my meat mooing

06/06/2025: Discrimination on a high level. We come in a large group and were forced to sit outside in the rain and cold. We have paid and are not allowed to sit inside?! What kind of rubbish is this. Shitty service and the owner is incredibly stupid to treat paying customers like this.

17/09/2024: It's the worst thing I've experienced on the hill, the service consisted of a lady who tried to speak English, she couldn't understand we had ordered sheepishly and stated that we used Ældersagen. We wanted some dark beer, she didn't understand that and I could go on like that. The torilettes look like something that was a lie, it was so disgusting so we used Bakken's torilettes.

25/06/2025: Korsbæk railway restaurant. It was the worst we have ever experienced on the hill. We came at 2pm, the food was pre-ordered and paid for. Platters and sandwiches. The fish fillets were tough, the chicken salad was brown from old age and only at the bottom was there a little that you could with good will call fresh. The herrings were boring. The potato dish was dry and boring. The tartare was acceptable. The Tuborg draft beer tasted as if the glass had been washed in lemon soap. The waiter was totally unengaged. We will never go there again. There were probably only 8 of us.

23/06/2025: Not a place we can recommend. Super bad acoustics, couldn't talk to the person next to us, the food wasn't worth the calories and the waiters were conspicuous by their absence.

25/05/2025: Dinner services the 24-5-2025 We were a group of 7 people and ordered Menu 1 and 2, plus two children's meals with fish and fries. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The starters did not arrive at the same time — one person received theirs much later and had to eat alone. Since we had two children with us, we expected their food to arrive with the starters (as is common), but they had to wait until the main courses, which is not ideal for kids. The main courses also arrived at different times. Some of us were already finished by the time others had just received theirs. For dessert, we ordered hot apple pie. The first time it arrived, it was completely cold. We sent it back, but the second serving was still cold, so we gave up. The service was okay, but the food was disappointing — it felt like the kitchen had given up entirely. We were there for dinner.

12/05/2025: Really lousy food. The meat was not fried, another dish was plastered with sauce. It tasted awful

21/05/2025: Boring 🍔 not the same as it used to be both the steak and bun are not like before. No taste in the steak and boring bun. Will not eat there again. Always had an Oscar's when I was on the hill. But that's over now.

11/05/2025: It is under all criticism, similar to poorly cooked steak and a dry bun, you have to look for a long time, I am an omnivore, took 2 bites and threw the rest in the bin. Even in Bilka's Cafeteria it would have been rejected. Dog food and shameful to throw a reputation and an institution on the Bakken under the bus. The owner should find a passionate new owner instead. Shame on you
