01/07/2026: The owners are simply so rude and dismissive that I will never ever go there again. You are talked down to and the food has over time become unappetizing. I asked a completely innocent question and was spoken to so rudely that from now on I will warn all my friends and acquaintances on Facebook about the place. Many have had similar experiences. Avoid this place at all costs

10/04/2026: Stopped by on a weekday afternoon and ordered a pizza for lunch. There were no customers in the store, so it was quiet and not busy. The restaurant looked cozy and gave the impression that they might have more to offer, but my overall impression was pretty standard – which is why the overall experience lands in the middle of the field. I ordered a regular salad pizza with very ordinary expectations. The positive thing was definitely the dough, which was better than at many other places. It was airy, juicy and had a really good base – definitely the best thing about the pizza. Unfortunately, both cucumber and tomato were missing from the salad pizza, which significantly reduced the experience for me. In my opinion, this is a very basic part of a salad pizza, and when it is missing, it feels like an unnecessary saving or an unfortunate mistake. Overall, the base lifted the experience a little again. Had the pizza been complete and maybe just had a little more than the completely standard, the place could easily have been above average in my book. As it was this time, the experience unfortunately ends up being below average.

24/07/2026: Broccolini. Asparagus broccoli was cooked completely soft. Chicken burger. Breaded and deep fried. Acini rice balls with mushroom cream, tasted fine, but again deep fried.

20/04/2026: I've bought pita bread there many times and have been very satisfied. Today I asked my girlfriend to buy a pita bread to take home. It's full of dressing, so I have to use a spoon and napkins to try to remove some of the dressing. There wasn't much filling compared to normal. Taste and price no longer match. Leaves a sticky aftertaste of dressing. Disappointing.

12/06/2026: Cozy Bar/Cafe in lovely surroundings in the middle of Bakken in Dyrehaven. Has Bakken's best roast pork sandwich and meatball sandwich etc. Changed name to Kro'nen in 2026.

15/06/2026: Roast pork with potatoes and parsley sauce - The pork was more than a little dry and had been overcooked and the potatoes were half-cold. Hot chocolate with whipped cream - the hot chocolate was hot and good BUT the whipped cream was either sour or had a strange aftertaste. We pointed it out, but the staff were just as happy and insisted that the whipped cream was from the same day and that was the end of the story. Never again Røde port, there are many other excellent places to eat on the hill

10/07/2026: I was really disappointed with my bubble tea. The pearls were supposed to be soft and chewy, but they were very hard and kept breaking apart when I chewed them instead of having the usual bouncy texture. The milk tea itself was also disappointing—it was watery, lacked creaminess, and had very little flavor. Overall, it didn’t taste fresh or well made. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy it at all and wouldn’t order it again.

14/07/2026: We had been to see the circus revue and bought the gold package which means that in addition to two small bottles of plastic Rósevin for the performance, there is a 3-course dinner included, which you go over and eat at Hotel Postgaarden which is located in Korsbæk town from the matador, which the hill has built a copy of. It now looks very good. The first person we met when we entered was a half-sad waiter who wanted to place us in the middle of the room facing the aisle. I asked nicely if he didn't have another table, but he denied it and said that it was reserved for us. It must be said that the restaurant was only 1/3 full with guests. However, we didn't want to sit there and asked another waiter who was a woman, where I insisted on getting a table for two further away from the aisle. She found one at 3 SEC. Since there were enough empty tables. The dinner itself was average, and the service as well, not many smiles or questions, and the experience itself was nothing to shout hurray for. Don't get me wrong, but we probably won't go there again. The staff and service could have been better. We don't know if it was because our dinner was bought together with tickets to the circus revue. We bought what they call the Gold Package which cost 2700.-kr for two. The dinner was pre-determined, meaning that we couldn't choose from the menu ourselves and were actually forced to eat the somewhat boring food that we were served. There was a glass of wine for each course, and I had to ask them to fill it up more, because they took the bottle back and there was no possibility of refilling it. The glasses weren't the biggest and the wine tasted dry and a little sour. However, we could choose between Red or White wine. The dessert wine for the dessert that was served was far too sweet. We also left 3 half-full glasses. We had only sipped the dessert wine. When we got up when we were finished, it wasn't noticed and no one said hello and hope you enjoyed it etc. So we just slipped through the rather large restaurant. The tickets for the circus revue cost around 1100 for two people. That is, we paid around 1600.-kr for dinner. We could have had the same with more wine, of our own choice, and had decided on dinner ourselves from a menu at a finer restaurant out in town. And with much better service. In some ways, it is difficult for us to decide whether it would have been better if we had been direct paying guests, since the dinner was part of the gold package purchased for the circus revue. I can see from the reviews that those of us who have bought the "Gold Package" that you buy through the Circus Revue, which I will call the "Wool in the Mouth Package", all have the same sad experience of visiting the restaurant Postgaarden. the food and service are beyond criticism. It is incredible that it is still 3 years after my wife and I paid a lot of money for a visit that was not worth half the expensive ticket. I would definitely advise everyone not to buy what they call the Gold Package for the Circus Revue. You will undoubtedly be sorely disappointed.

16/05/2026: Great products and friendly service; but the prices are also crazy in some areas. The taste is fantastic - no doubt about it. But expect almost 700 kr. for a whole ice cream cake, 70 kr. for a small milkshake, etc. etc. I go here when quality is paramount. But the prices are prohibitively high compared to making impulse purchases "when you're passing by anyway".

15/04/2026: You don't get any information about what you're buying and how much it costs. We only find out after we've bought ice cream that they've gone up and that a waffle costs extra. (They had gone up by 10kr-15kr)

22/05/2026: I was very happy with the birthday cake flavored frappe, croissant, and cookie. Late Sunday morning the place was quiet and had plenty of room.

01/08/2026: Waited for the food for over 1 hour, for the food. Had ordered Swedish meatballs, think it was the smallest portion I've seen. Even Ikea's Swedish meatball portion is bigger. There were 4 of us who ordered it, we all went out to eat afterwards.

18/07/2026: Appetithuset To Søstre, Bakken – Affordable Buffet in a Cozy Setting If you’re looking for an affordable place to eat in Bakken, Appetithuset To Søstre is a decent option. The buffet costs 169 DKK, with drinks starting from 59 DKK, making it one of the more budget-friendly choices in the area. The atmosphere is one of the restaurant’s biggest strengths. The wooden interior, fireplace, and cozy décor make it feel warm and homey—somewhere between a traditional Danish home and a classic diner. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The food is okay overall—not outstanding, but satisfying if you’re looking for a filling buffet. One thing that could definitely be improved is the lack of food labels. Many dishes weren’t identified, so it was difficult to know exactly what some of the items were, especially for first-time visitors or anyone with dietary restrictions. The buffet leans heavily toward fried food. There were falafel (with a slightly different taste than expected), curly fries, French fries, chicken nuggets, BBQ fried chicken, onion rings, fried pork, and pizza, which was actually quite good. The lasagne was meaty and enjoyable, while the BBQ ribs were decent. There was also a grill section with grilled chicken, beef patties, and sausages. If you prefer lighter options, there’s a salad bar with a variety of vegetables, toppings, condiments, and sauces, so you can mix your own salad. Dessert was quite limited, with only one cake available: Drømmekage (Dream Cake), the classic Danish cake topped with a sweet coconut-brown sugar topping. Thankfully, it tasted exactly as it should. Overall, I’d say this is a an OK choice if you’re looking for a reasonably priced buffet in Bakken. It may not be a destination restaurant, but it’s hard to find many restaurants in Bakken that deserve four stars or more. Here, you’ll leave full without spending too much, and you can continue enjoying the park, spot the deer, or even take a short trip to the beautiful Bellevue Beach nearby

14/07/2026: Went out for lunch, ... nice atmosphere, but we were mostly responsible for it ourselves. Nice and welcoming staff, but not at all skilled enough to run such a place all by ourselves. (It doesn't go to them, it goes to the owners) The staff would get 5 stars if you could rate them on friendliness. But training, age (maybe) and maturity meant that there were major shortcomings. However, they were really attentive to removing plates and clearing tables, so you were always sitting at a nicely cleaned table The food was mediocre, even for the price they could have done more with it. Hot things were cold, and the cake was COLD, like it had just thawed (and they said that the day it was made) The concept as such is fine for a place like Bakken with families and children, but you can make sure that things are in order, even if it's just a buffet.

03/08/2026: The food was okay, but they wouldn't close the doors which made it ice cold and therefore it wasn't a very good experience. Remember if you want non-alcoholic beer it costs 70 kr for a small one

05/06/2026: Without a doubt the best apple slices I've ever tried. Their coffee was the boring kind from a vending machine. The apple cake was a bit genderless. Nice staff, but the tables hadn't been wiped down recently.
