16/11/2024: After booking a table for 2 at 20, we got basically kicked out saying we could only do take away because they were about to close. It’s really unprofessional to let people book a table and then don’t serve them, it’s up to the owner/workers know when they close.
16/11/2024: Really unfriendly service, no communication between employees, meaning one let us book a table at 8, and when we arrived, we got told that the person on the phone didn’t know they were closing and that we needed to leave, all of that in a very denigrating manner, without any excuses. Don’t go there!!

16/06/2025: I recently visited at pancakehuset .I had great experience there ,the atmosphere was very welcoming and cozy.I ordered cold coffee and Dubai cup which was surprisingly super good,refreshing,flavourful and perfectly served.On top of that ,what made me visit even better was the amazing staff.The staff named Rozi and Freda were incrediblely polite,friendly and attentive,there customer service was on top notch🥰.Can’t wait for my next visit.Highly recommended to anyone who are looking for great food ,great drinks even better service ✨✨🤗
30/05/2025: I had a great experience at Pandekagehuset in Lyngby Storcenter! I ordered the Dubai Chocolate pancake and a café latte, both were absolutely delicious. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

29/08/2025: Valentino is a cozy old restaurant that is popular for their platters (sandwiches) the food is usually super good. However, I thought the food was a bit too peppery this year, otherwise I have been coming there for many years

16/08/2025: Incredibly tasty ice cream, delicious consistency and knowledgeable service - i.e. the staff, in addition to being friendly, could answer in detail about the production of the ice cream.
Particularly delicious pistachio that tasted of lots of good ingredients.
However, the “Bastogne” ice cream could use another name - for example “coffee and cake” as it clearly tasted more of coffee than Bastogne. However, I was “warned” about the coffee taste before buying, so it doesn't detract :-)

14/09/2025: The food is great, and everything about this place is authentic. The food, the restaurant, and the music. But that makes it even better. It's a must try restaurant, I finished my food in under 15 minutes.

02/10/2025: The sushi was good, fresh and reasonably priced. The view from the 1st floor down over Lyngby Hovedgade was nice.
It's a letdown that the wait staff didn't understand Danish or English that day, and that (perhaps that's why) we didn't get exactly what we ordered.
05/09/2025: The food was okay. But the overall impression was bad. Very slow service and our drinks were forgotten. When they finally came, the sodas were very flat. Also, you can't see pictures of what you order before you order, which you can at most other places. I don't think the place delivers the same quality as similar sushi places where sushi ad libitum costs the same.

All money wasted. No explanation/apology.
27/07/2025: Ordered via justeat. The food was 45 minutes late and lukewarm upon arrival. The "hot Chili sauce" was apparently a small tub of soy sauce that just tasted of.... Yes soy? Fortunately the food tasted good and there was plenty of it.

31/08/2025: Yes, you should expect a lot here. And it all started well. Until the food arrived. It must be said that there is probably plenty of other food that is good. But their schnitzel was like stepping on a rubber sole. And their spareribs were full of gristle. Of course, that ruined the experience. And that will therefore be the last time we eat there. 😩😩😩😩😩
